Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful in giving me advice for my first tattoo, and the shop is such a vibe. Thanks to Nat, an absolutely perfect job on my tattoo. Will definitely be back.

The people that work here have a God complex, a little stand offish.however their work speaks for itself

I’m a young female who has no tattoos and came into the shop and the girl at the front desk was so horribly rude and made me feel sooo uncomfortable. Once I walked into the shop again I recognised her from when I got my ears pierced here over a year ago and got a weird/bad vibe from her also last time. I wanted to buy $200 earrings for my seconds on my ears as I had just recently lost one from being in hospital I was very sick so I needed to buy more. I asked if she could help me as they are screw backs and I can never do them the last ones only came off cause someone in hospital when I was unconscious helped me. This girl with the fluffy long black hair at the front desk refused to help me. Then proceeded to give me the dirtiest look. I said ok well I don’t know how to put them on so what is the point buying them I live alone I kind of need help… she still refused to put in my earrings or atleast help me and said if I need help I can wait half an hour. Riduculous and so rude. This girl is such a hater! Refusing just to help someone put in their earrings like you are actually pathetic

I went in to get my ears stretched and buy some jewellery. The piercer was super knowledgeable, very clean and professional. Took extra care around sanitising and measuring out the right jewellery Felt very safe and would recommend.

This shop has no customer service. Zero. I stood at the counter for 5 mins, ignored the whole time, so I walked out to take my business elsewhere. Whoever owns this place should teach their staff general manners.

#Thanks for your response. I'm replying here as can't figure out where else too. Sure, it was today, 1/04/22 at approximately 12: 30pm. I had my girlfriend with me. I'm a 40 year old male, 5'10, shaved head, black jumper and blue pants. We then went to The Illustrated Man near Central station where we had the exact opposite experience, thankfully. I hope this feedback helps your team improve, especially the young nose ringed girl at the front desk.

Walked in on a Sunday morning for a small tattoo, no appointment, and was seen promptly by Jarrod (apologies if I spelt it wrong), who did exactly what I asked for and was very pleasant.
I would definitely return and I’ve recommended the place to a few friends!

A great, safe, clean tattoo/piercing palor with professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have done 99% of my tattoos and piercings here, including upsides and chage-overs + aftercare advice for the last 20 years and would not go to anyone else unless absolutely, utterly necessary. Highly, highly recommended.

Great customer service. They're friendly and they're great at their work. I'm extremely happy with the tattoos I've gotten here.

Matching tattoo with my wife didn't turn out so matching as tattoo artist failed to tell me that my "friend" had mirrored hers opposite.

Different details on the same cartoon picture in a couple of places.

Also didn't check that a completely straight line was orientated straight.

Got overcharged on top of everything, won't be coming back.

Got a great tattoo by Brendan here - very happy. The experience overall was good, from the service to the tattoo.

Gotten at least 5 tats here over the past couple years, all of them walk-ins, always turned out either exactly or better than I wanted. Very reasonably priced compared to other nearby places. Highly recommended if you're getting anything traditional.

Ill advice from tattoo artist who I let convince me to slightly change locations for what should have been a very simple tattoo. Was warned of rubbing on the ankle, however when I showed my other ankle (which has had no wear on that for the past 8 years), he was nonetheless adamant on going with a higher location just above.

If you’re unable to do the work, ask your fellow coworker do it for you instead.

Now have to book laser sessions, due to artist incompetence, in order to get the exact same tattoo only next time in my initially desired location. Will never come back. Would not recommend as a last minute walk-in.

Not to mention, matching tatt with husband is not matching at all. What a joke. It’s literally a ‘Spot the Difference’ with 5 differences on a 4x4cm space. Not happy Jan.

They were able to easily book me in and alter/create designs on the day with the description I gave them, happily making any changes I asked for. Good price for the amount of tattoos I got as well! Thank you!

As a first timer for a tattoo I am really happy with my experience, these guys are very friendly and do great work, definently will be going back in the future for my next tattoos, can't recommend them highly enough

I mean, the piercings were done well, by a nice girl, but the other employees were pretty rude, stuck up even? I guess that's just what you have to put up with for a good piercings.it would of been 5 stars if not for the staff as the price is decent and that one girl employee seemed to be the only kind one that I was witnessed to.

Had my most recent piece completed here and it was wonderful. Logan was really helpful with bringing my vision to life and was awesome to talk to. I absolutely love the art he did. Artists like Logan are why I keep coming back to King Street Tattoo for more!

Staff are super helpful and accomodating and Logan was awesome with his art, definitely going again
