Stan is an absolute pleasure to do business with, he has a wealth of knowledge around the products and their suitability to your needs, and nothing was too much hassle! The new shop is in a great location.

Stan contacted us to come and collect some timber from their site as they were moving to a new warehouse. The team were super helpful and a pleasure to deal with, and we were able to salvage some incredible timber. Always great to see businesses willing to go to the effort of recycling timber, rather than loading it into the skip.

We were looking for a cork solution for flooring and Stan at King Cork has a beautiful and very modern collection. The cork looks like travertine but not as hard or cold. The service was excellent and I highly recommend working with this team.

Great product knowledge in store and their contractors doing installation were experienced and hard working. But our final bill was a nasty shock and far beyond anything indicated at quote stage. Be very sure you understand what is not included in the quote and don't be lulled by the laid back attitude. I recommend you get quotes from someone who will give you a firm price, as the risk is too high of ending up like us.

Initial quote was high but it included many necessary things that other places leave out to attract sales.

Floor required substantial prep work and in the end it turned out great. Chose a natural look laminate with closed cell underlay.

We delayed purchase for several years due to COVID. Three years later installation was done promptly and for similar price. Highly recommended.

In spite of Covid 19 Restrictions Stan arranged permits and found time in his busy schedule to install our Cork flooring and let our kids get back into their house. We were provided excellent advice with regard to the correct sealants to be used and it was pleasing to have a real tradesman who takes pride in his work, resulting in a beautiful floor which will be appreciated for years to come.

I found dealing with Stan from King Cork an excellent experience his knowledge on a range of flooring products is excellent and he was able to lead me to a decision that saved me $800 on a small job that my wife and i are delighted with the end result. We used hybrid flooring that looked like tiles that was quick and easy to lay. I agree with a previous reviewer that he was certainly keen to look after your best interests and also lined us up with a layer that did an excellent job at a competitive price. I happened to stop by the shop to ask a few questions regarding types of flooring. Stan was so helpful. He wasn't "selling", just genuine in his feedback and product knowledge. He made a recommendation that suited my needs and my pricepoint. He even considered the skirting, and recommended I keep the original in place and he would add a nice finish to it.

He was flexible and accommodating and willing to work around the messy moving and tradesmen schedules. Upon installation, they were fast, finished it off beautifully, and cleaned up. Even added extra little things like replacing my kickboards in the kitchen! Service and Customer Care were 100% A+. Would highly recommend using them.

A great job of replacing old cork floor tiles with a floating floor of cork planks. The result has brightened up my dining, kitchen and laundry. It was well priced and the work was completed in a few days. Highly recommended.
