Kinetica Yoga and Pilates

The semi private sessions are fantastic. Ros is extremely knowledgeable and has a holistic approach when it comes to her sessions.
I started classes when I was pregnant and have continued post partum. I am so thankful I did start because my body feels the strongest it’s ever been. I have a gym/weights training background and I don’t think I’ll ever get a gym membership again, the value of these sessions are great and I love pilates so much more than anything I’ve ever done.

The instructors really care about your wellbeing both in the studio and beyond. It has a supportive family vibe amongst the students. There are a variety of classes available at a good range of times. I wish I found Kinetica sooner and had the time to attend everyday. I cannot recommend it more highly.

Wonderful yoga studio with a variety of teachers to suit any yoga levels or interests. There is plenty of light, controlled heating and great yoga equipment.

The classes are holistic. Teachers are knowledgeable, fun and encouraging.

There is sense of community here. Your fellow yogis and practitioners would keep you inspired to develop a habit of showing up for practice.

I started to attend Kinetica Pilates 2 years ago at 75 years of age and would recommend Kinetica Pilates to everyone. Since the beginning of the year I have attended semi-private sessions with Rosalind Evans due to a torn Biceps tendon. The recovery has been a miracle where I could not move my arm very much to now full movement and regular golf twice a week. I cannot praise Rosalind Evans enough ever, because the recovery exceeded all my expectations. I believed to play golf again without surgery would not be possible.

Enjoyed classes, could remember particularly Heather classes weekend morning class.
First had access when called "Momentum Yoga ", 30 Days Unlimited Yoga $55,2019. Prices have changed significantly since then.
Heat classes were great.
