I booked Kinetic Sports Chiropractic from my friend’s recommendation to treat my lower back pain and Dr Thomas Lam treated my issues by cupping and massaging. Dr Thomas is highly skilled and super caring. He asked a lot of questions to figure out the causes and listen to my needs. I also find his explanation very clear and his personalised treatments work well which help my lower back gain strength and significantly less painful now.

Tom is a great Chiro and provides a great level of care with his patients, I would highly recommend him.

I came to see Lawrence for a mild back issue. After two sessions of cupping and dry needling I have been in the most intense back pain for 10 days that I have never felt before. I don’t blame Lawrence but I don’t think this is a “coincidence” as he tells me either. Still struggling to find any relief.

There are many chiropractors out there, and I have been to a not so good one previously. I signed up for a special deal at the mall for chirpractor sessions to fix my posture without even having any pain.but boy I bore the consequences of it due to a terrible neck manipulation. Ive been in so much pain for 2 to 3 years since having a bad chiro session. The pain progressed further with my office job.

After a few physical therapy sessions that gave no results, my GP suggested I go to a chiro - but he asked me to go to a very good one. I found Kinetic Chiro after much searching. I was lucky to get a few sessions with Lawrence. This was a completely different experience from the previous special deal chiropractor. The sessions with Lawrence felt like a really specialised medical session.

Within the first session of dry needling, cupping, some deep massage, and a prescription of regular but really simple exercise, the majority of my neck pain was gone. I was able to enjoy the weekend and work with little pain - a massive improvement from what it was.

Im ever grateful to Lawrence and his special chiro skills for the pain relief and for instilling my faith in chiropractors again.
