The team here is great and super helpful. Just take your water sample and/or questions in and they'll tell you exactly what you need.

We had been stuffed around by a local pool service in Wyoming who refused to help us with our pool. Kincumber pools plus quoted us less than expected, came quickly, were professional, communicated and had the job done in less than 2 weeks. Our pool hadn’t been touched in 15 years! Do not use this business under any circumstances. They do not inform costs before completing work. They do not value clients. When communicating to clients with issues they are rude, speak over the top, aggressive and bully boy tactics. This is a customer/service based business and have alot to learn. Do not use. You have been warned.

We use Kincumber Pools Plus to service our pool and have found the staff to be extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Since Lloyd has started maintaining it, problems we previously had with the pool have been resolved and it now looks fantastic. Very happy with the service provided and would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

How are these guys still in business? They go out of their way to rip off their clients. If you have ever used them or are looking at using them, I highly recommend getting a second opinion.

Great service and highly recommend to others! I initially used a different pool service near Kincumber which was very bad service - they didn’t clean the pool but keep charging me the service fee, sold me equipment at outrages high price, then I switched to Kincumber Pools Plus staff there has done amazing job the pool is back to very good condition. The price they charged are at market rate and very transparent.
