The glass pool gate had dropped and needed adjusting. I contacted the company that originally installed the pool fence 3 times without any response. I then rang Peter from Kincumber Glass and explained the problem. He was quite happy to advise me over the phone how to fix the problem (which I did) but if I was unable to rectify the problem he was happy to send someone out to our home (even though he did not do the original installation). That's good service and I know who I will be going to in future.

They are easy to deal with, reasonable price, good quality, on time always.

I used Kincumber Glass 2 weeks ago after local kids got up to mischief. I spoke to the owner on Saturday, and the job was booked in for Monday and completed. Very tidy and a great job was carried out. I would highly recommend this company

Needed to replace a dangerously old and heavy piece of glass from a 1950's television. Ok, it may have also been the fact that it was also a blue tint, just a little.

Called up in the late of a Sat morning, a rough size and explanation got me a rough quote. I got in there as quick as I could and handed over the old piece of glass, noting the brass edging on the old item.

Not only was it cut and ready on the day and on budget, the brass edging from the old glass was removed from the old glass and adhered to the new glass. They were so unexpectedly quick I hadn't enough time to get back on the day. Picked up early Monday.

Awesome. This project is going to rock.

It's great to deal with an efficient business with polite staff. From first call to pick a very plesant team. After calling I dropped off a broken aluminium sliding glass window in the afternoon. I received a call at 1pm next day it was ready to pick up. All cleaned, new rollers glass matched. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately kincumber glass did not respond AT ALL to a query I put in an email about a problem I had with a shower screen they installed. This is very poor customer service Kincumber glass

Have been using these guys for years. Always helpful. Popped in there today to get a part for a shower screen. They had a jar of used bits and matched the one I needed. Didn't charge for it either. Brilliant guys.
