First Bad review, I know that you should not write a bad review but I thought new people / possible clients should be made aware. This new management and policy of outsourcing the resource to other so call professionals does not work. I enquired and accepted quote for Sand stain and 3 coats and had a job completed. After 3 days as it was locked up for drying and curing, we saw the working of so called "The Best Floor Polishing Around" Many words but need to write something - TERRIBLE. Do not pay attention to the reviews on their website, it may of been true once, but not now. They were not interested in doing the job the were instructed to do, just wanted to get to as many jobs as possible, during the day and the Management is only interested in not resolving, you will be bombarded with every excuse, and scenario. In the end I had to pay for a ATFA Flooring Expert for my submission of evidence for tribunal and he said this was one of the worse jobs he had ever reported on and it was TINTING not stain.a much cheaper job, if that is your thing. I did get my money back, taking the company to Fair trading NSW and then on to ICAC, but it took 6 months and grief. Get a invoice that helps. The floor should not be or have the appearance of waves and the top coat be applied properly, to a standard.

The workmanship was terrible. They utilised old school tools to sand near the skirting and have chipped the skirting and now it needs to be re-sanded and painted again. The rest of the house was left with sand dust everywhere, right through areas that did not have the flooring done. From the mess of the sanding they also stained our driveway.
Do not recommend this company at all.

Good price, came when they said they would, very happy with their work. Used a polyurethane as requested by me. Must have used hardeners as the smell, while overpowering (as usual) only lasted 1 day. Floor sanding creates a lot of dust (previous experience). I made sure doors were sealed with towels and no worries at all. Even the uncovered areas directly exposed to the sanding had minor dust (compared to the rooms I did myself from hiring machines at Bunnings!

Very friendly staffs. Conmunication was very fast and nice. Got the job on time, with nice polishing finish.

If you don't want your house, newly painted walls and doors, furniture and bedding covered in dust and 'powder' or bubbles in the finish its best to find another floor sander. They will not, even when you tell them to, seal the doors.

I have used Kim's in my 3 homes Ashbury Haberfield and now Central Coast Have found their work to be very good and am happy with end result Have also recommended them to my friends who were also pleased with their jobs They taped around my doors and put up drop sheets on openings they were punctual as well Job well done Thankyou John Jack and team

Had a new hardwood floor laid over existing pine boards. Numerous gaps between boards, some very noticeable bubbles, scars and patching remaining. Some gaps between the boards are half patched which really stands out. I called them back and was told the marks should be expected? Attempts were made to rectify and replace some of the very poor quality boards, but still nowhere near the standard or finish we were expecting. This company was recommended to me, I now wish I spent more time and looked at some of their finished work beforehand. They were cheaper then other quotes and now I can see why.
