7Went here on the 2/6/22 with a friend and the shop assistant ignored us. We were there for 10 minutes while being met with blank stares, no smile or greeting whatsoever. The store was quiet and the assistant was trying to make herself look busy. We wanted to buy a few items as a gift for a friend but after getting the cold shoulder we decided to spend our money elsewhere where customer service exists.
The ladies today were absolutely gorgeous, they did the most beautiful job at wrapping my presents and were just lovely to speak to.
Thanks ladies, you made my day
Could not have gotten friendlier service. The girl who served me went above and beyond.
Avid fan of Kikki K products so intended on purchasing something in store as most other stores have shut down.
Customer service was selective - did not include everyone who was in the shop, and unfriendly.
Just spoilt my shopping day of getting awesome customer service from everywhere else.the girls in store were just talking amongst the selves without a hello, how are you as I entered.
I'm fine with them talking, really.but what is disappointing is that one of the girls was standing at my side of the counter and the other to at the other side without keeping a 2m social distance and when I came to pay they were horifficaly rude and told me we only use card now without a ' I'm very sorry ' and sounding like why did you just spoil my conversation.this revolting behaviour NEEDS an apology.
Awful service.
Two staff members slowly stocking and ignoring customers of which there were three in store, one with a disability.
When pushed for assistance one staff member begrudgingly answered questions but provided no guidance to how a couple of products varied and indicated that the desired items were behind the person in a wheelchair.
What a horrible way to treat anyone really.
