I recently visited the store on Saturday 1/7/23 and was disappointed when I was not greeted or attended to. The sales assistant was standing behind the computer the entire time and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I would be more understanding if the sales assistant was busy and did not see me-however, considering I was the only one in the store at the time, it's fair to say that this was just slack customer service. We all know digital avenues have taken over the need for stationary so you would think a stationary store would focus on the customers that still appreciate their items. Nevertheless, I didn’t purchase the notebooks I wanted simply because I did not receive any customer service.

Less exciting than it used to be maybe that's just me. But I do come here for the sales.

I was served by a Laudi today, she was very good, an expert at vision boards. I got a lot out of the experience with her in store today. Just a great vibe and a really smart person. It almost blew my mind how great she was honestly.
I will be back in the future for more materials for my vision board

Pretty good shop, the service can be a bit inconsistent, sometimes you are welcomed and have all the assistance you need othertimes less so. Still usually have a good experence unfortunaly they do run out of stock quite quickly so it can be a tad hard to get certain designs. But over lots of cool stuff.

Glorious stationery store with items you can't find easily elsewhere. A really fun, always-changing variety of beautiful, high-quality items, including seasonal items, and quite a number of things that are designed for you to finish yourself and/or add your personal touch to. Highly recommended.
