I love my KiKKi. K diary and always have the same style for many years. I travelled 2 hours to Chatswood store yesterday to get the new one. Emma and Marie were so lovely to help me find the only and last one that I wanted. I They made me feel so welcome and talked to me like an old friend. Excellent customer service from these two girls!

If you have to buy at kikki. K, shop at this store.
Beautiful customer service by the store manager who goes out of her way to serve. You will be met by a genuine, lovely human here.

The assistant manager was also someone who naturally puts herself in the shoes of the customer.

The service here is always good, especially the delightful lady that regularly serves me (you know who you are!) - I always tell her I shouldn’t come in because I always leave with something, but mostly because the stationary is of high quality and the service is excellent! Nightly recommended!

The staff is not sure about stuffs they are selling.
Asked for bigger size of cards and the staff said they do not have any bigger size.
Actually, They had plenty of bigger size of cards displayed.

I have been into this store a couple times now and every time I’ve gone, Shan Marie was there with her bubbly and friendly personality and remembered who I was (probably cause I’m a frequent kikki.k shopper).

Her product knowledge is great, and is always happy to have a chat about what I use different planner inserts for and seek my feedback on what I think of the new products.

She is definitely an asset to the store.

Walked in looking for something and asked Marie, she is the nicest and friendliest staff member I’ve come across! We didn’t find what we were looking for but we stayed anyway to chat with her, and she was lovely! We will absolutely be returning soon and Marie deserves a raise!

The “Grip clip, magnetic“ from Kikki k is poorly designed. It’s too big so when you attach it to a notepad to stick on the fridge it weighs the notepad down and the whole thing slips down the fridge! $16 for two clips was not worth it. The notepad was a skinny/ small one from kikki k.

I have been into this store numerous times and have always had exceptional service. My last visit was to buy a book suitable for use as a wedding Polaroid guest book. Emma was super helpful and friendly whilst being able to advise me on what would work.

The service was immaculate, Marie greeted us as soon as we entered and immediately helped us find the product we were searching, I will definitely be returning to this because of this outstanding sales service.

Shan Marie overheard my wife and I talking about calendars, and when we got to the cashier she informed us we were about to purchase the wrong item. Outstanding customer service, they know what we wanted even though we hadn’t asked

The most beautifully decorated Kikki K store I have been to!

They have a large selection of items including most sale items to see and purchase in store. The staff members always greet me when I come visit (almost every week) during my lunch break and it always feels relaxing to browse around with no pressure to make a purchase.

A special thank you to Emma who is always bubbly, friendly and helpful. It’s always a pleasure having a chat with you when I visit!

Bad service. The manager threatened me and tried to call security only because I wanted to exchange. Horrible experience! Be careful, customers!

I love stationery and fell in love with this place. They have a great set of books that help you in setting goals and tracking them. Also love their collection of diaries. They have also placed a great degree of importance on design and aesthetics. Highly recommended!
