Great products but very expensive. Staff are fantastic but it can be overwhelming entering sometimes.

Jason was so amazing and made my day- polite, not pushy and super helpful. I really appreciated the service and shopping before Christmas was a lot less stressful with Jason there:)

I just decided to browse through the store on Sunday and Jason is an amazing and genuine employee who made my day! We had a lovely chat about Christmas and he gave tips about how he makes Christmas more personal to himself. Ended up buying some goodies and I'm feeling optimistic and looking forward to using his advice for this upcoming Christmas period

This review is very long overdue but I just wanted to say every time I am at kikki. K QVB I receive the most amazing service. I have been a kikki. K customer since I was in high school and have loved the products for the longest time. The team at QVB are all absolute super stars- in particular I'd like to acknowledge Mish and Jason. I haven't been to the city for nearly 3 months due to lockdown and on my first week back, Mish still remembered my name. She helped me with my 2022 diary and knew so much about monograming and what I liked. Mish always provides above and beyond service and is so friendly. Jason is also a wonderful staff member who brings the most beautiful, positive energy to the boutique. You can't help but smile every time you are served by him because he is just a delight. Thank you Mish and Jason, and team at QVB. I hope your fantastic service gets acknowledged by your managers.

Found the most perfect gift for my 8 yr old goddaughter, big shout out to Michella who helped me put it together and wrapped it up beautifully. Fab store with amazing customer service. We were served by Jason who loved a good chat and went that one step further to ensure we had a positive experience. He even walked us out to point us in right the direction of Starbucks!

Small shop but always busy and has staff that go above and beyond! I was looking for an old stock item being the Baby First Moments card set and asked one of the staffers who said unfortunately the item has been out of stock for awhile. Another staffer overheard me and offered to bring in her own card set from home for as she never ended up using it for her newborn. I left my number with them and they called me promptly the next week to tell me it was available to collect.

Such a lovely experience and made this soon to be new mum very happy!

I found it very difficult to find any RJ6 F-Type connectors anywhere in this store.

Other than that, the staff were fairly friendly.

Kikki K is a special place which brings a sense of calm the moment you step in to explore the menagerie of paper (and no, you can't have too much gorgeous stationery).
The staff at QVB are fab. Jason was so welcoming and made it easy when I needed to exchange something. A class above regular customer service, where you feel part of a special paper-loving family.

My wife went to buy a diary, and the staff member rolled her eyes when she was asked if my wife could pay with a (birthday) gift vouchers. What’s the point of rewarding your customers if your service staff have such an appalling attitude?

Fancy and pretty stationary store. Price is leaning on the expensive side, but the design and quality is good. Sometimes they offered a good discounts on the merchandise too
