Kidsday Premium Kids Cafe

Went with my 8 month old on a weekday afternoon. Lots of great stuff for older kids which looked awesome. Liked that there was a baby section with padded floors but it was filled with ripped up books and many of the toys in it looked a bit run down or didn't work. I found a heap of these tiny pebble things scattered throughout the baby area from the 'sandpit' which I thought was a really dangerous choking hazard for little ones. Had to do a nappy change and ended up just taking the soiled nappy home with me as the little bin for nappies was full.

We have been playing here since they were open long time ago, it is quite amazing how they maintain the place, food is always 10 out of 10. Love here

-Miji coordinated the schedule of activities I.e when food comes out, gathering children, cake celebration, train ride, photos etc
- food tastes nice
- kids meal set is great
- Character dress up visit was enjoyed by the kids
- Miji responded in a timely manner to sms, phone calls and email

Cons
- The double room is not big enough to cater to the number guests suggested in the package.
-extra party platter portions are awfully small for the expensive price you pay. What was shown in photos looks different to what you get. When you pay $120 and see what you get, it is really disappointing and humiliating as the host. Miji did explain that they follow the standard portions served from their menu. I have ordered KFC from their menu and we definitely did not get anything even close to 5 portions worth. Instead we received 3 handfuls (two hands in shape of bowl) of KFC.
-other platters we ordered were also quite small given we ordered the largest size available.

We had some credit as part of a promotion but felt that it really wasn't much of a credit, given the extremely small portions of food served, considering we paid for the largest size party platters.

No reimbursement given if you don't reach the number of children in the package which is not right.

When we provided her with this feedback she waived 2 jugs of extra drinks we ordered.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Kidsday recently. When it comes to the service, it was good overall but the communication could be better. The room that was provided for us was considered quite smallish. The food was really quite small in portion and some adult guests left with empty stomach. It was pricey but a worthwhile time spent with friends and family

Wow! What an amazing experience! Had my daughter's 4th birthday at kidsday and I just can't thank miji and the team at kidsday for absolutely spoiling our little girl and creating the perfect experience for all our guests! The adults had just as much fun as the kids did! The food was delicious and the portions were very generous! The extras were worth every dollar and the decorations and party favours were wonderful! The staff were Soo attentive and the play areas Soo clean and so much for the kids to play with! Really great coffee too which was a big bonus for the adults! Thanks again kidsday really everything was amazing and we had a wonderful party!

Lots of food selections and little one loves riding the train here. Many staffs keep cleaning and put toys back make it very tidy too. Some equipment need maintenance.

Lovely place and staff! We were there on a busy holiday day and despite the chaos of all the crazy kids and stressed parents, the staff remained calm, patient and polite.

Because it was so busy, they stopped letting in more people, which was good to stop the place getting too crowed. Staff were accommodating with the train ride and with finding seating for lunch.

If you or your child gets overstimulated, I'd recommend avoiding the busiest days because it gets very loud, as you'd expect. I love coming on a quiter weekday with toddler, whereas going on a weekend is a fun but not relaxing experience!

I just adore this place. Super clean. Great variety of toys. Cafe is great. Chicken sandwich was tasty and chips were fresh! Definitely come here often with my kiddos.

I have been to several kids cafes and Kidsday is by far my favourite. Their play spaces are interesting and varied, the staff take a lot of care to maintain and tidy up the play spaces regularly throughout the day, there are good toilet facilities and the food is always great. Highly recommend!

Kidsday is your ultimate party venue! From start to finish, everything is organised and ready for you so YOU can also enjoy the party with your loved ones. And no mess to clean up! Food is absolutely delicious, we ended up ordering more than what we were catered for! It's a win win for all~ and the kids will talk about the party for weeks and before you know it, you will be back

Very rude staff, it is a play centre so of course kids are going to play and throw things on the ground very rude staff member came and grabbed a toy off me as I was putting it back in its place. Racist towards other people that aren’t Asian full of asains only and they all stare and give you dirty looks if you are not asain! Small centre compared to others baby play space is so small and has only toys you can purchase from Kmart and some plush toys which are very dirty! Will not be back and will not recommend to others

One of the best kids cafes we’ve been to. Most kids cafes always have toys strewn about - which is understandable given the there are children everywhere playing with them, but the staff at Kidsday are attentive and always ensure the entire venue is tidied up regularly. Also a bonus that the food there is great with ample parking downstairs. Highly recommend.

Good place for kids.but the staff at cafe not smile every time they taking order from customers.

This space is spacious for children to run around and there are various things to do. But there are always no batteries in the baby's toys.

Loved the experience of differwbt play areas for my 5&3yo. The staff seem to be constantly tiding up the play areas and the food is pretty good! Will def come back again

We went for the first time today and the kids loved it. At first I was a little surprised at the entrance costs (especially because we forgot socks and had to buy some) but the kids had such an amazing time I think it was value for money. Will definitely be back as it was a great afternoon. The time goes very quickly!

Good place to chill while your children are entertaining themselves. The price for entry and other amenities are a bit much but I guess for a one of is fine. More breakfast options on the menu would be nice. I must commend them on their cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and play spaces.

Very clean and friendly! Theres always staff members cleaning and organising the place. Little expensive compared to other kids play centres but definitely heaps cleaner than most ones I've visited.

This is a great place for kids from ages 6 months and up.
Lots of procedures in place to ensure everyone's health is safe (checking of temperatures on arrival, hand washing procedures with extra time allocated so ad not to cut in the purchase play time).
The cleanliness of the cafe was wonderful and the food and drinks purchased were also fantastic. Will be going again soon!

Let’s help keep this place open! Today was very quiet as naturally people are afraid of getting ill with everything going on in the world. We love this place and it is one of the few places I feel comfortable taking my toddler, as it is very clean and hygienic. Your temperature will be checked upon arrival to minimize the risk of others getting sick. The play areas are varied and so much fun, the cafe has really delicious food and the staff are very polite and friendly. Thank you Kidsday for giving us something fun to do during the week!
