Have been coming to Port for a while. Wish I’d found this gem sooner. Perfect for a family stay.

Great apartments. Clean, comfortable with lots of space. Parking excellent with easy check in even out of office hours. Comfortable beds. Great balconies and we upgraded to the ocean view apartments. Fabulous views and sea breeze. Would stay again.

Stayed here for 3 fantastic nights. Apartment was lovely with great space and all facilities. A small pool however still great for the kids. Spar and BBQ areas on the ground and 9th floors which were great.

Walk to town beach only 5 mins so really great location.

Great place to stay in Port, convenient location, comfortable rooms, parking and good pool for kids, including a wading pool for under 3's.
Only potential drawback is that some apartments only have AC in the main room, bedrooms are ceiling fans, so can get warm in very hot weather, requiring open bedroom doors.

Great place to stay, spacious rooms very clean with great views from our room.
The staff are second to none and always very helpful.
We will definitely be back next year.

Thanks to Tim and his team for a wonderful family vacation. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great serviced apartment in Port Macquarie.

Not bad but not great. Would have liked more attention paid when talking to reception about issues I had with my stay.

Everything was excellent. Very pleasant, helpful receptionist at check-in, nothing was a problem.
Will definitely return here next time we visit.

Luxury hotel with pool and spa area at ground floor and rooftop spa/BBQ area.
Good for families and romantic getaways.

Both toilets were blocked and constantly running water, lights in the kitchen didn’t work, fans and light in 2nd bedroom didn’t work!

Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Have been staying here for years. Tim and his team are friendly and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic big apartments, close to town centre, clean and very reasonably priced. The customer service was outstanding. The lovely lady on the front desk was so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a magnificent stay!

Great place, only issue was morning sun and heat coming into bedrooms, definitely needs a fan and block out curtains in bedrooms like in the lounge room. We all absolutely sweated to hell 3 mornings in a row with sun belting in waking us up at the crack of dawn with it. Easy booking, good price, great location. Just needs better morning blockout for light and heat for rooms facing the same way room 212 is.

Highly recommended. From the phone experience with the very helpful Ellie to the rooms and the pool. Would definitely stay here again - very reasonable prices and well equipped. I almost want to keep this place a secret.

Ki-ea apartments are really their to impress their visitors, well kept modern self contained apartments also with private spa options also. Very clean, spacious and friendly staff members and management every time. What makes them fantastic is they listen to customer requests, are there to help and the building is only one block from a beautiful view (Bella Vista in italian) I'll certainly come back again soon. Love this place

Beach across the road. Walking distance to town centre, public library, swimming pool, restaurants. Spacious apartments, pool, spa, hot tub and BBQ and seating in 2 different areas. A well managed resort.
