Soggy chips and chicken. There comes a time when food waiting in the warmer needs to go out the back door not the front door.

Recently renovated, its spacious albeit a bit noisy. Biggest issue here is that parking is a nightmare most days, with people parking waiting for flights to come in. Biggest culprits are Ride sharing companies, not wanting to park further down the street as they would have to pay a small fee.

The ladies bathroom the toilet roll was placed on the floor not in the holder

Disappointment today 5th Aug drive thru after work ask for a thigh get a wing. That girl preparing the meal with the dark hair is so dumb, never again.

Food was average the mess left behind by others was even worse not one worker attempted to clean it or even acknowledge it

Great place to eat walk down from the hotel don't tell anyone but the guy gave me back too much Money sorry young fella your lost my game good food though

Amazing service.there was a boy at the back named Connor who made my burger perfectly it was amazing one of the best KFC burgers i ever had.maybe even one of the best burgers i have had in my life.he made it in no time and it was delightful.

Just a bunch of teens earning that weekend money serving the colonels famous chicken what's not to love

Young Workers gave my order to someone else and the customer returned it and the manager reordered my original order and change a couple of things for the hassle and gave me something extra, manager was polite, helpful with my order, his attitude is outstanding, thankyou.

This used to be my favourite KFC.
Cooked right, flavoursome, never disappointed.
But after not going there for roughly 7 months, this KFC has changed.and not for the better.
Chicken was abit dry and chewy. Like having frozen meat then put in oven or grill then frying. Like a used leftover chicken that hasn't been sold previous day.

What happened to this KFC now? It used to be so good before!

Nice food but a bit of a wait for it even when not busy. Carpark bins are overflowing on occasion and Carpark not the best layout with cars coming from all angles. Nice enough staff.

Prefect place to stop off at for a quick snack before collecting family flying in! I'll be back

The all important chips were fresh and well seasoned with the right amount of crunch. The toilets look like someone had exploded inside there - some time ago.

It took an hour and a half for two burger combo meals. We ordered at 1pm on a Tuesday. Very slow service for deep fried fast food.

Chicken was like cooked from morning and served for night time, gross

Updates: come in again with preorder on the apps, 15 pcs chickens, and they gave me only 12 pcs, very disappointed

Took a while for me to be served as I stood at the counter whilst an employee was taking plastic cutlery put of a box right in front of me, there was only one other guy in the store & he was a delivery guy waiting to pick up some food. A very weird experience. The burger & chips were hot & the drink cold. That's all I can say.

Super proactive manager who took the time to explain why my chips and drink voucher had expired then threw in some free chips anyway. 5 star service.

Pathetic across all areas of cooking the only thing they got right was the soft drink which thank heavens is not made in store but made far away in the Pepsi Cola factory.

Plus the staff were rude and not interested in customer service.

This KFC constantly forgets their sauces in their delivery orders, have to constantly ask for refunds through delivery services because they fail to do something so simple. It wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the fact I order multiple sauces and get none at all.

Do not order delivery from this store, ordered through the KFC app twice. First time i didn't receive what i ordered, but they did throw in enough to equal the cost so not so bad. Second time however, received a burger combo with no burger, just chips and drink. Dont make the same mistake i did.
