Haven't been here in years. Don't intend to as I see nothing has changed still the worst KFC. Simple solution bulldoze it. Give Richmond something it needs like a Metro service station. Ps don't go here. RG McGees great food great service. By the way I don't work at RG McGees

23 November 2022. Very annoying to order 10 wicked wings and receive 8. Next time I will open the bos before leaving and count them - actually no, there won't be a next time. The staff cant count. Michael

Was the last day that NSW coupons were used, extremely busy, several customers were in line to order as well as waiting for food to be cooked, drive through had several cars waiting to order, they were working as fast as the could, of course a few grumbles, as they can't wait. Some weren't patient enough or polite and take it out on Staff.
Staff and manager keep their cool, well done. Unfortunately food was a it oily.

I ordered the 9 for 995 x2 once I got to the window to pay they said that I could only it online. It took 10 mins for me to load the app and then receive a code that wasn't sent to me. They then asked me to drive through to the waiting bay so they could help me to sort it out. No one came to assist me so I was finally sent a verification code for the app. Once I got into the shop and waited for another 10 minutes to be served I showed them the order that said active order and then I was informed that I would have to wait another 10 mins as they had run out of chicken and when I got home we were one short.

Ok but didn't get any cutlery or napkins with my food. Kinda slow to serve, not super fast like the Bligh Park one

Waited a long time to get my zinger burger and it was just the meat and bun. No sauce and not a spec of lettuce or cabbage. Very disappointed.

Burned bacon, Staley chicken, the cheese probably the most fresh thing in a whole burger, I feel the burger is made by the burger guys tear

NOT ONLY ARE THEY NOT USING THEIR OWN BOXES, THIS IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR.
THIS LOOKS LIKE NUGGETS AND CHIPS NOT A WICKED WING GO BUCKET.
I EVEN WATCHED THE STAFF OUT FRESH WINGS OUT AND I STILL GET THIS.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
I DEFINITELY WON'T BE COMING BACK

I would like to thank the guy in the white bucket hat for making me the most perfect zinger I’ve ever had in my life. I asked for a silly request to swap the sauce on the zinger to 5 x pepper mayo, and add corn chips to my burger.

When I went to collect my burger at the counter he said ‘if this isn’t enough sauce I don’t know what is’ haha.
He then proceeded to give me extra napkins and wipes (just in case).
When I opened the packaging to my burger I realised already this was going an amazing journey…

IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING, DELICIOUS, SATISFYING, CRUNCHY, SAUCY, TASTIEST ZINGER I HAVE EVER EATEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND WILL GO DOWN IN HISTORY - I WILL NEVER FORGET ‘ THE RICHMOND ZINGER! ‘ 03/05/2022

By far the worst KFC, went today and five cars lined up and not moving at the drive through. The food is frequently cold and last time I ordered zinger it was not hot and the wrapping was just scrunched around it, swore to myself not to go here again but went today for a fill up but after seeing all the cars lined up at drive through decided against it as this is a regular occurrence. Won't go here again.

Visited this place on 28/10/21 around 22: 45- 22: 55.ordered food knowingly that there will less variety and quantity. Ordered food whatever they had that time.as soon as i paid and moved to service window that girl was tossing (throwing the food inthe box like we bin the stuff) made me feel too bad about myself! Had a very long and hard day at work so thought take away something so i dnt have to cook but we deserve better i think.coz it's "food" someone had worked too hard for it.i hope she doesn't experience something similar.i know its annoying to have last minute orders as i am chef myself but wouldn't do something she did.

If you can I would go to the one in Bligh Park instead.

Ordered a large two piece feed with extra salt. They gave me patheticly small pieces of chicken, and the chips were rotten looking and had bearly any salt on them. Definitely got ripped off.

The food at Bligh Park's KFC is much better and fresher.
