KFC Grafton

Went for lunch with female partner and her sister at about 1.00pm on Thurs 21.12.2023Busy but no excuse for the TERRIBLE food and long wait. Chips were the worst in all Aussie travels. Burnt and dried out as were the nuggets. Zingers were just passable as was popcorn. Need to lift your game you guys. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Not many seats too sit inside. NEEDS a good shake up.

A quick stop via the drive through on my journey from Sydney to Brisbane.

Slowest service for a kfc known to man, the food was cold and they mucked our order up but seen how long it took to get served it wasn't even worth doubling back to try get the meals sorted.

Disappointed with KFC Grafton. The inside never looks clean. The chips were cold and had no seasoning. The chicken was dry and rib pieces only. We went through the drive through and weren't offered drinks and no serviettes or wet wipes.

Order on app still 10 minutes wait 4 food even after I pressed in restaurant 5 minutes b4 I arrived so would 15 minutes wait then check Order 8 pieces chicken missing and no coleslaw

Never have I seen such incompetent staff and awful food.
After complaining and being told that the area manager would call me back at an agreed time he left me waiting again. I in good faith hope that no one has made the unfortunate mistake in eating at this KFC.

Honestly it's what you expect from a kfc, occasional thing forgotten but always fixed. Always seems to be at least 1 rude customer but generally visiting late.

Foul, after 7 plus hours travelling in the car and no means of fixing food for my family as we stopped over at a motel, against my better judgement decided to allow my kids to choose KFC for dinner! Never again. The food tasted like it was cooked in cold, years old oil! A bitter disappointment.

Where do I start, I was served by someone who literally stared at the counter for five minutes before serving me and had no volume in their voice, after being mumbled at for another 5 minutes and having my order incorrectly entered I paid. After getting my order and then figuring out it was keyed in wrong because it was as if I had gotten someone elses order, I spoke to somebody who was actually helpful but I was in a rush so couldn't get it fixed.

The one main rule of customer service is to not be shy and engage with customers, if you cant do that quit or hang around long enough to be fired.

Now I have a girlfriend that wont eat dinner because her order was messed up to the point is was something completely different from what she wanted.

Slow service, couldn’t hear our order over drive thru speaker and forgot our sauces, so had to go back through to get them.

The worst food ever! Chips were more salty than the indian ocean, kentucky fried chicken had no chicken WTFFFF! Over priced for poo food and should have more seniors on duty, please cook your food properly and have better options to rely on if out of products, cheers will be back again if you have chicken

Just a quick stop to get some food. The meal was good, however the toilets were not very clean. As a traveller you want to stop and have clean toilets, a get food.

The staff were good and the food came out quickly.

I enjoy the food here, although they do get the order wrong half the time. The employees are decent to us and we haven't had many issues in the last 5 years. Whenever they've gotten an order wrong, they fix it and even add additional items to compensate.

23mins in the drive through, had an idiot with quadruple LED reversing lights just about blind us, how did it get past rego check? Just before order point, sign says only cash taken, hope the tax man checks this out. Finally received order, arrived home only to find the chicken as dry as a d r y river bed. It had been about 4 years since we last purchased KFC and it maybe another 4 years before we go back. Sorry KFC.

Depends on the night. Tuesday seem to be the night food was always fresh & tasty

Experience was disappointing, waited for over 30 mins my Meal. It had been given to someone else. All new staff at the counter no senior supervision @ all. I asked politly were my meal was the young girl, Then I was called a chick when the teenager serving me could could not find the meal, she informed the 2 other male teenagers of the situation. There had been a couple of meals that had been given out to people while I was still waiting who had arrived after me. I am aware my order was a bucket pack plus. The young lady had a look around with the help of the 2 other young male's then looked @ me and said it had been given out.
Other people were getting upset waiting as well when I asked. Then they were going to give me a bucket of chicken & 3 lots of chips that had been there for 15mins. Stating it was still warm. I know quite well that they would be stone cold when I arrived home with them.
Finally after 40 mins of waiting and the staff member mouning about having to throw out the food that had been sitting there now for 20 mins. A supervisor did arrive to help with it. But still by this time the 2 young men were complaining about the chicken nuggets having to be cooked.
I put a complaint in the next day received written contact from KFC that I would be contacted by them to this day this has not occurred. This happened on the 22/3/2022. Still waiting on the call.

Thought I'd try a crunch bowl for the first time, not one bite and there's a piece of hair in it plus the chicken is cold. Unreal. I stopped eating KFC for a long time and this is my return meal.shame on you and it puts shame on our beautiful little city. Heaps of workers with no hair nets, lots of blokes with long hair. What a awful lunch and a waste of money.

Chicken was overcooked and dry. Box was full of wings instead of other pieces. Worst KFC I have encountered.

Didnt get sauce I paid for, Chips all half empty. Couldn't eat my food because of how dry it was with no sauce. Called to get a refund or the sauce and chips delivered as I had opened a beer before checking the bag, was offered $3 store credit, For the $30 waisted on food I couldnt eat.
Would love the establishment owners number. But management hung up on me. And was told if I mad a complaint he would say I was being difficult
