Bought 6pcs of chicken for take away, and they gave me 3pcs of small wings and others 3 small cuts

No dramas at all midday Saturday. 6 orders ahead of me.all served in about 5 minutes and food tasted nice. Mayo on the burger was just right. Update on 2nd visit.disorganised and no salt at all on chips. 4 stars first visit. 2 stars second visit.

Delivery is miss and no any reply for it. Official delivery staff suspected of being tampering

Best to avoid at lunch time during semester. It's mad!

The most disorganised kfc ever. Slow service with wrong orders. Chaos in the kitchen. Management shd definitely look into this.

It's just an average KFC to others. What is better is that on Friday and Saturday night, they would be open till around 1am. It can sometimes take a bit of time to get served. The store is in between a Kebab store on the right and a Mecca's on the left so if one shop is busy, I can choose another option.

Service good but they sometimes miss parts of order. In the last week i missed 2 items and had to go back. They compensated me with a free meal but i would have prefered to get it right first time

Mixed experiences depending on the serving staff. Food sometimes too dry and burnt. Avoid busy meal time to avoid disappointment.

I ordered through online today and i after 20minutes i come to pick up my order but they said it's not ready yet and i need to wait another half an hour! So what's the point i ordered online then? !

I don't think there is anyone who doesn't like KFC. KFC's secret menu is really super tasty and likeable too.
I recommend that you guys must download their KFC app to take you to a new world of discovery!

I ordered online spicy chicken and after 20 minutes wait they said you need to wait additional 20 minute which made me cancel the order

The service is very bad the employers they are just playing jokes and talking more the half and hour and the order still inside very sad about this

Clearly the managers and staff have a bit of attitude, not only do they have passive aggressive signs the way they speak to customers is just rude

Service was slow even though I ordered through the app in advance. Got it takeaway and when I unpacked the order at home I found they had left out all the sauces I had paid for.
It was too much trouble to go back.
Not good enough KFC!

13/05 Decided to give them a second chance, did an online order arrived checked in and waited, and waited.after 20 minutes of being ignored by staff I approached the counter and asked to cancel my order. Over a week later I'm still waiting for my refund.
I'm not sure I'll ever eat at a KFC again.

31/05 got confirmation I'm getting my refund. So slow. Still not impressed.

They say they close at 2 am, but they shut the doors at 12: 30. I travelled 40+ minutes to get kfc and they were closed! Atleast fix ur timings of you dont want to serve after 1 am.

Four times order through the app, it meant to be faster with this app. Wait an extra 20-30 minutes each time I put the order, so what is the point of the app to order ahead?
It should be Fast Food, it’s not fast. It’s pointless.

Would give it 3.5 stars if I could. The woman at the register was clearly an ESL person so not the best person to have on registers. The seats are very hard, most seats had been taken away, cleanliness was average and they gave me no chicken drumstick in my order of 3 pieces of original recipe.

Still, the rest of the food was quite good and hot.

Do not use your 5th floor tiles for the first one of my gifts 5th or 2nd place to the gym I have a few weeks to do that is one plump I can get a bit more

Extremely filthy, they can't be bothered wiping the tables or tidying up on weekday at lunchtime. Banging things around and zero customer service skills. I will not go back. Hot rod chicken did not seem properly cooked.

I ordered twice (I got hungry again) and asked for fresh food- not an uncommon question - and the first time I was told "I'll see what I can do" and the second time I was told "we can't just put down a while new batch for you? " which I've never been told at any fast food restaurant, ever. The girl calling out the orders also didn't give you any time to stand up before she called 6 more times.
