Really impressed with Kevin's work. I had to move at the very last minute and he was able to accommodate my request into his schedule. He replies promptly and is very efficient in his work (noticed paint crumbs in my carpet which was not noticeable with naked eye and removed them for me).

Kevin managed to fix a badly stained carpet caused by the misuse of bi-carb soda and vinegar solution. Could baely notice the discoloration anymore.
He took gentle care of the area and made sure to check the quality of the carpet prior to working his magic.

Kev changed his appointment times last minute so he could come and clean our carpets at a more convenient time for us. He provided a reasonable quote, and stuck to it. He gave his honest opinion and options about what we could do about the heavily soiled carpets in the rental we are in (previous tenant didn’t clean properly, we have been here less than 6 months). We chose to pre vacuum, deep clean, spot clean and use of some chemicals. The water that came out of the carpets was black. I’m so happy I can sit in the floor and play with my baby knowing all the nasty stuff is gone. Thanks Kev!

Kev is the man, after my wife’s water broke early, he adjusted his schedule for us to get ready for the birth of our baby boy. On top of that, he did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpet in our appartment and was the consummate professional throughout the entire process. 10/10 would call again.

I would highly recommend Kevin. He did a great job on my fully furnished bedroom carpet. I had a lot of pet hair build up from my dog but he removed it all. He was quick and efficient. I was also very pleased with his rates considering he came out on a public holiday! I will be recommending Kevin to my friends as it's clear he is passionate about his work and does a great job.
