I had the pest control done on 18 March 2023. Two weeks later I had the same cockroach problem as before. On 5 April 2023 I sent an email to the company with a complain and more than a month later I haven't heard back yet. Not recommended. It was a waste of my time and money.

We have used this pest management company for about 15 years. The service today was great, the technician was really very good, had a chat with us about our concerns before he started the treatment, explained what he was doing, etc, even though we are old customers. A great communicator and very efficient in his work.

Highly recommend! I called in, due to hearing what I thought were rats in my ceiling. Dieter arrived slightly early, great communication, then proceeded to sort it out. Would def use again.

My husband uses Kevin Joyce at their strata building for control of rats. He says the service provided by Fatima in the office is excellent, very helpful and always customer focused. His experience with Byron has also been excellent. He says Byron listens well and offers his professional opinion when asked. Cockroaches, spiders, huntsman and other insects everywhere within 2 months after their service. Called to schedule and the receptionist was rude. Didn’t show up for re-spray and said they called but no answer, while I didn't receive any calls and in fact was up waiting for them for 30 min and no one even rang the bell. Called again to follow up and again rude receptionist.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

Kevin Joyce Pest Management is very easy to deal with. The company and staff are very professional. Their pest inspection was thorough as was their pest and termite prevention service for our house and property. They turn up on time. They are courteous. They are very easy to deal with.

He did a comprehensive termite inspection and cockroach control for us. We were happy with his service and their customer service also. He was wonderful with our 2 year old Staffy. Treatment didn't work and no guarantee offered! Waste of money.
Had Kevin Joyce treat our apartment in March, called back 2 months later as treatment did not work to be informed that it will be the same full charge (actually higher than the first visit!) for them to come back. Receptionist on the phone is also incredibly rude. Avoid.

I highly recommend Kevin Joyce Pest Management. It is a pleasure being greeted on the phone by a lovely chap called Zac. It has also always been a pleasure to deal with your technical Billy. Billy has serviced our home several times and has always been very friendly, profession, punctual and knowledgeable.

Cory has done an excellent job treating our chronic cockroach problem. He has succeeded where other companies have failed! Highly recommend for a thorough + professional service.
