Wow, That was a great experience.
Moving houses was a huge mountain for me, but that mountain was taken down by Kevin Hanley pretty fast. Nice team to work with relaxed, professional and communication (Penny) before and after was perfect.
In case we had to move again, no question who would look after the removal.

We used these guys based off these reviews and from the moment I spoke to Penny, I was certain we had made the right choice. Pete and Reece were great, couldn’t of asked for a better couple of blokes nothing was trouble even though we under estimated (our fault not theirs) they just got it all loaded and we sorted it out later. Communication was on point and we are very happy with the outcome, thanks again and highly recommend using these guys, thanks Kane and Mel.

We could not recommend Penny, Barry and Pete and the packing team highly enough for our recent move interstate. They took our effects and packed them as if it was their own. They unpacked in record time and even helped assemble a few things at the other end. The attention to detail, communication and pricing was all spot on. Was so pleased to be able to support an independent local business whom in our opinion gave the best service above any of the others we contacted.

OK, right of the bat to summarise my entire review l had NO complaints. I moved from Western Sydney to Yarrawonga with a two-bedroom house.

Ive moved 3 times within the Sydney region in the last 15 years with mixed results, including people being late and items not being treated with respect etc. This was my first interstate move with a full house and l was a little apprehensive.

Penny on the phone was great. She is the boss and you speak with her directly. If she is unable to answer the phone for any reason, she gets back to you as soon as possible. No question was seen as too trivial and l did have one or two silly ones l admit haha.

The two blokes who did my move were great. I received a courtesy call when they were about 30minutes out in Sydney and also another one the next day when they were about 20minutes out from Yarrawonga.

They worked quickly and efficiently. I had taken the trouble to label all boxes if they where stackable or needed to be on top of a pile, and also where they were to go at the new address. They took care to follow the labeling which was very much appreciated. In addition l had a large delicate entertainment unit with display cases to move and it was handled with the care and respect it deserved.

At the new address l had my fridge and washing machine installed, the old ones moved outside and my beds reassembled all without any complaints or issues. Wow, they even smiled doing it. The guys sent out were easy to talk to and communicate with and had no trouble doing whatever was required including above.

The experience which l had view with trepidation was in the end as smooth and as stress free as any move could expected to be.l definitely would recommend them to those considering either a local or interstate move.
