Kevin Betts Stadium reviews
17Only basketball stadium where my family, team and spectators have experience cheating, stealing and racism. Supervisors are unprofessional, did not do anything to stop their own staff from harassing spectators, team members and coaches. All of this happening in CHILDRENS basketball game. Disgusting.
Nice facility but the highlight is the staff, very friendly and helpful, often seeming like they have too much to do as they look understaffed at times. Luka is great, very kind and helpful.
Decently maintained premises with sufficient parking space available. The facility has two multipurpose courts with good set up, such that both courts can be used simultaneously without being disturbed by stray shots.
We used their court for Volleyball games. Net was provided, however had to install and dismantle the net setup ourselves.
Highly recommend carrying own volleyballs, as they were unable to provide any when we needed an extra ball for warm up.
Overall a decent place to have good games.
Sophia was great help with managing available times. Stadium is well looked after enjoy playing here.
Finding the location was a challenge. If you haven’t been there, don’t make the mistake of going to the hospital which is at the back of the stadium, the map will definitely take you there.
Best to find your way from the back of the shopping centre. If you are playing against a team there (more then likely the Storms) then drive to front street, don’t worry if you see a football field because the stadium is behind.
The coffee service is slow with a friendly service.
The parking is not well organised, once your there your stuck so find a good parking spot because when you all finished your game, it gets squashy and worse when it’s raining.
Good luck
Been playing here for 20 years now and improvements to the facilities have been very minimal. With all the surrounding vacant land, it's perplexing how expansion to have additional basketball courts and facilities have not come to fruition in last 20 years. The courts on offer, are overall, good. The hardcourt floors could use with an upgrade (see Bidwill High/Chifley College court).
Decently maintained premises, with 2 available courts. Good set up, such that both courts can be used simultaneously without being disturbed by stray shots.
We used their court for Volleyball. Net was provided, however we had to set it up ourself and had to take it off after the game.
Recommend carrying own ball.
Overall a decent place to have good games.
I've been hiring the courts at KBS for years. The early morning Saturday games I run have been amazing.
They open up early before our timeslot so we can maximize our time on the basketball court. Friendly staff and accommodating to help with injuries and with no exception to letting us run as soon as Covid lockdown eased.
Great courts to run on when cleaned too.
Thanks KBS for being there for the basketball community!
The best stadium! Staff were friendly and were very helpful with everything we needed, the courts were spacious and clean and the atmosphere in the stadium was awesome! Thank you Kevin betts stadium!
THE ABSOLUTE BEST VENUE FOR VOLLEYBALL
from Ross the Manager whom was awesome his service and conduct towards us in providing information and getting our needs met was beyond what we expected - his staff provided the best service they assured that all aspects of our Volleyball event was well looked after - the equipment was excellent exactly what we needed. I recommend this venue for any Volleyball events they are well organised and 100% service satisfied thank you Kevin Betts for having us we will be back.
Kids and old kids loved it and had a great time. Thank you for accommodating such a big group. Definitely coming back.
Kevin Betts has great courts and I’ve enjoyed training with my team there. Amazing and friendly staff members you can ask for. The canteen has great food and drink options too.
Would recommended training or shooting around at KB with your friends!
Honesty it’s an old vintage court with carefully crafted wood tiling reminds me of back in the day when I was a legend. I don’t know but the court gathers the best ballers in western Sydney and creates an atmosphere like none other. The staff are always supportive and can accommodate any players needs. I believe if you want to be a better a baller and to home your skills this is the court to be!
Hard to find, bit out of the way, goto end of Ralph st then take road up the left side of the playing field and you see it.
This is a fantastic place if you like basketball and indoor sports. The parking is ok. I didn't know it exists until my Son played basketball here.
Two full-sized courts with plenty of facilities within including a small cafe, many community games are played here as well as organised leagues and easygoing casual matches as well. Looks a little bit old but predominantly functional.
Would be 5 stars if their stats were accurate.one of our guys 'played' 10min and he wasn't even at the stadium.top refs tho, they are FF (filo but fair).
