Quick response to issue of major outdoor/underground leak. Fixed issue to stop leak and have water available for a couple days before finishing repairs. Friendly and professional people. Second time using service and would recommend.

This is a team of great problem solvers, and our situation required quite a bit of that as more and more complexities were unveiled! Super professional communication between the team members on the job, always delivered clear options to us while keeping us online in the house each night through a week of very hard yards doing a reline of our sewer lines. Honestly, these guys were amazing. We had major pipe relining work completed over Christmas, they worked in a clean and professional manor which meant we could keep our retail store open during the works. They are extremely knowledgeable and more importantly they explain things so it makes sense to average person.

Installation of two water tanks. We were new to area & got ripped. Also quotation for a water line. 80k. Got another quote from another plumber which came in at 25k. Get a quote before retaining his services! Greedy & basically a thief.

All the plumbers were busy on other jobs so Christian assisted us by identifying the issues, he instructed us on what to use and how to go about fixing a leak outside then fix a leaking pump under the house all via FaceTime! Brilliant!

Kristen is definitely a level above your average tradie. Courteous, respectful, careful, articulate, and really knows his trade. He is also very prompt and a great communicator. After moving into our recently purchased house in Berrambool we discovered there was a major drainage issue. Instead of having to do serious excavations, Kristen had the magic state-of-the-art solution. A fantastic job by both him and Ryan. Highly recommend.

Our storm water drain runs for 50 meters via an easement in neighbor’s yards and was blocked in several places by tree roots that had destroyed the pipes. Various plumbers advised abandoning the line and making another line which involved digging and destroying gardens of three houses. Enter Kristin who cleared the drains with a minimum of fuss then with technical brilliance and no digging, relined the 50 meters of damaged pipes which are now stronger than ever. Nothing but praise for Kristin’s technical knowledge and positive attitude.

I do not often write reviews for services that I expect for a good job as I normally check out the tradesman/business prior to engaging a discussion or quotation. This review is an exception as I found Kristen and his team had completed a job which I needed urgently with a high level of quality, service and value. I urgently needed plumbing as I had a water pipe leak under my driveway (my driveway was quite extensive) and Kristin had decided to re-route the work so that the driveway was not damaged. Keogh plumbing was very careful as to not disturb my garden and driveway for the extensive plumbing required and finished the job ahead of schedule. Both Corey and Nick (2 team members from K/P) were extremely courteous and worked from early morning to late afternoon to complete their work. When the job was completed, they cleaned up and ensured that everything was left in the state that was in prior to work. I couldn't recommend this business highly enough for their excellent workmanship and professionalism.

My hot water service died and Kristin very quickly responded to organise delivery of a new one. Arrived before time next day to install. Great communicator, friendly, cleaned up and I am one very happy customer. Would highly recommend.
