Kensington Picture Framing

I needed a very large picture framed recently on very short notice. Trevor at Kensington Frames was extremely helpful in getting it done in time. He recommended that I get the picture printed at Pixels Plus who delivered the print directly to Trevor. Then Trevor framed it for me beautifully and very reasonably priced. An disappointing visit and rude service. Was provided with one quote and when I asked what other frames he has, the guy refused to show me more (some samples are hidden behind a lot of artwork as it's a small shop) or provide further quotes. I know what frame I'm after but he repeatedly asked me to bring in my print before talk further. I explained I just live nearby and can definitely come back with the print but first I just want to know what other options I have. I actually have two prints to frame but I don't feel I was welcomed at all. Maybe he was having a bad day or rushing back to his job, but based on my experience ZERO star for his attitude.
