Kennards Self Storage Waterloo

Purchased several port a robes at Kennards in Waterloo today and the customer service was fantastic! Ray was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in the range of boxes we required for our move. There is ample parking and a diverse range of oroducts available - thanks Ray!

James was amazingly helpful - nothing was too much trouble to assist. The staff are friendly and eager to assist. The facility is clean and tidy with off street parking, ample trolleys and multiple lifts. Highly recommend this facility.

We recently did another move into storage here and the office team are always organised and friendly and the access is awesome. The large trolleys and huge elevators make it heaps easier and faster to put the goods from truck safely into the storage unit.

I have been to Kennards six times in the last couple of months for moving materials. Every time I have been in each staff member has been helpful and friendly, the prices are good, and then I resold my used boxes back to them so they don't have to go into the recycling process. Highly recommend Moore Park and Waterloo stores. Tiffany at Waterloo is the only name I can remember, but they were all good.

As soon as i walked in i was met by a friendly staff member Tiffany she was great it was nice to have a chat and discuss my moving needs and she kindly helped me take the moving boxes out to my car. Great service thanks Tiffany

Rusdi was very helpful from the second I walked in the door. His service followed through all the way until I left the carpark. I had large cardboard boxes to carry. He opened the door for me and helped me carry my items to the car. This is the kind of service that would leave any wife happy. Give him a raise.

Great experience coming into our storage unit to collect some of our stuff. Needed a few extra things like blankets, tape and straps and Tiffany was happy to help us out. Keep up the great work guys

We have been a customer of Kennards Waterloo for nearly 10 years now. We store commercially and personally and it's been brilliant from day one. A huge thank you to the Kennards Waterloo crew Brianna, Natalie, Ray, Armed (and co) for always being able to help, and accommodate our business and me personally. We have had a number of different storage units over the years as we grew our business and started to export, we needed a solid loading dock facility and the ability to move pallets in and out smoothly and as we went through covid hibernation being able to downsize and move around to suit our needs.
