Exceptional customer service experience.
Recently, I had an unusual and unfortunate situation with Amazon AU in that on six consecutive occasions over 2 weeks they sent me the wrong product – a lens that wasn’t suitable for my camera.

Each time I would return the package to Amazon via Kennards Storage in Macquarie Park as my nearest Parcelpoint depot and each time I received exceptional customer service, including on two occasions when there was a glitch with the computer app that scanned the bar code on my parcel to initiate the product return process.

Both times Phil from Kennards Macquarie Park took responsibility for sorting out my issue and then called me to confirm my parcel had been accepted by Amazon. There is no way that I would have received the same consideration from Australia Post.

I have had similar, really positive experiences with Phil’s colleagues at Macquarie Park related to long term storage enquiries and collection of boxes, etc. It must be the culture of the company because my experiences at Kennards Hire in Artarmon have been equally positive.

The manager phillip is extremely rude and condescending and argues + gives attitude on the phone when you tell him not to do something. Really unprofessional.

The staff at Kennards were very helpful. We initially booked a 1.5x1.5m2 but found it too small when we saw it. So we asked for a slightly bigger one and the manager was able to give us one and did the paperworks for us. The process was seamless.

Right in the heart of Macquarie park, close to shopping center and businesses, highly recommended for those that work or live around the area

The manager Philip looks after his clients very well. He really goes above and beyond. We really appreciated his help after hours when he went out of his way to help us out to unlock the parcel pick up which he really didn’t need to do. Thanks again Philip!
