Always a pleasant experience dealing with the people at Kennards Hornsby. They seem to care and be good at what they're doing.

I have been using three different storage companies in Sydney and central Victoria for an extended period of time and have found Kennards Self Storage in Hornsby to be the perfect example of a 5 star storage operation. The facilities are very good and the 24 hour coded access is extremely convenient. The staff are very pleasant and always most helpful. I have been dealing with a staff member by the name of Leslie and she is one of the nicest people one could ever hope to meet, no issue seems too difficult or inconvenient for her to tackle and solve, resulting, in my case, a very happy customer. I met the new Hornsby manager, Andrew, today and his customer service impressed me also. I would certainly recommend these guys, they are worth a 5 star rating.

At Hornsby branch, I was properly walked through the options to select items/boxes that I would be needing to move house. Andrew also helped in preparing few boxes. Great service!

Excellent service, always helpful and efficient. Their boxes are of excellent quality. We didn't get to use all the boxes we bought and I'm glad they have a buyback scheme, and they were happy to buy back the boxes we didn't use.

Using Kennards self storage at Hornsby was a pleasurable experience. Lesley was attentive to my needs and assisted me in selecting a storage space that exactly fitted my needs.

Fabulous organisation- everything you need is there- well set out and with really helpful staff. UJ is a real bonus- courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. This makes moving a breeze. We now have an easily accessible storeroom a short distance from home where we can safely dump all our stuff in preparation for our next move!

A fantastic commodity to my business. Lesley was trustworthy, on the ball with delivery arrivals, and comforting to talk too. In fact it was she that sold the services of Kennards to my business and for that I thank her very much. Oh yeah, there was also her buddy Vjay, he too is an employee of good work ethics, just supports the wrong cricket team.

A fantastic place both for storage or removals and even for the Amazon order pickup. Staff are all very friendly and great at their work.

I can only say that Kennards staff are soooo helpful! I am in overseas currently and renting out the apartment. Bought quite many boxes from Kennards, however, the courier service man could not deliver the boxes on the date which we needed the boxes before the Easter long holidays. We requested Ujay from Kennards to help us and they delivered the boxes to our apartment personally! The extra unused boxes can be returned for a refund, what a great service! The team has been very helpful and responsive to our emails, especially Ujay. The self storage system is very easy and straight forward. We need a removalist to move the boxes to Kennards, Ujay has also recommended a removalist to us, Brett. He is so responsive to us, he even text sms to our overseas mobile phone. Highly recommend! No worries even you are in overseas!

Very friendly and helpful staff, setting up the account and gaining access was easy (thanks Leslie!). The property is easy to access, clean and well maintained, security was good.
No issues at all in the 6 months I was storing at the site, i would definitely choose them again if the need arises.
