Kennards Hire Moorebank

Extremely poor customer service, communication was inadequate, branch manager Neil was very rude and and extremely unapproachable. They couldn’t even organise there accounts to take the money from a credit card. Had been there for 4 years. Building was damaged and unsafe and not secure at All. Photos will advise. Highly recommend not using kennards at all. Head office wasn’t interested either. Go elsewhere

Staff were very rude and refused to assist me, belittled me for only having cash on me even though I have been hiring from that store for years unfortunately I won’t use them again

Be very careful. Insist in getting your quote in an email with reference number, as to avoid any convoluted issues from the staff.
Who unfortunately don’t care to listen had an unsatisfactory result and service from a Neil at the Moorebank branch who had a “0” care factor for his Non Costumer value.
I got through to an Angie senior customer service officer over this specific matter.

Told me a unit would be ready Monday morning 8am sharp.called me 20 minutes before close on Saturday saying nah not here go get it from Campbelltown. Called to discuss situation and they hung up.

WORST customer service ever! Had fantastic experience with Vin at Bankstown branch who worked hard to find me the excavator I needed at short notice, only to arrive at Moorebank to pick it up and be told I couldn’t use one of their fleets towballs in order to tow it away! Ruined our weekends plans!

Lovely customer service and friendly advices for beginners who has no idea what they want. The manager is very patient and polite. He'll guide you through everything you need to know about your hire equipment and he also provides handy tips for your job and the safety aspect of your work requirements. Good place to start your job. Give them a go.

Very easy yo deal with staff, not difficult to find. Had no dramas dropping off hired generator, would happily use Kenbards Moorebank again.
