Great experience, rent a platform trolley at store. The only problem is the actual trolley doesn't match with the photo on the website.

Too easy to drive in, be shown how to use the equipment and then it’s kindly placed in my car. Cheerful staff

Simple, professional and friendly. Had exactly what I needed for the job I did. Tools were pretty solid and in hindsight I could have got next size up, but I made the choices with good guidance, and possibly would have gone the other way. No hesitation recommending Kennards. Used for years and first trip to Alexandria was as good as I remember.

Staff always extremely helpful and friendly. They always make sure your experience is good and you get helped quickly. Access could be a bit of a problem, but only during peak traffic and it is manageable.

Cancelled a moving truck booking with Europcar just to rebook with these guys because of how helpful and genuine they were. We ended up stranded in northern NSW during the floods with the truck and they were immensely helpful with managing the booking. Truck itself was fantastic and in great shape.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Hired two hoists from here to lift a steel beam weighing 150kg, the hoists are rated to carry 300kg each. One was broken when I got it to site and I had to fix it my self as I had 6 guys waiting to start work.
Two hoists were collected and I was blamed on breaking both of them which is near impossible when doing the job I was using them for. (I was told this from the guy that was repairing them), I tried to resolve the problem with the rude store manager but with no luck and them threatening me with legal action I was forced to pay $2500 in damages. I have already removed myself as a customer as have two of my friends with much larger companies than my self. I suggest people do the same so they don’t get scammed out of repairs like I did. Coates hire not far from here are much better to deal with and cheaper too.

So easily and helpful to arrange - booked it all online and then the day we needed to move our stuff in it was really quick and easy with the helpful Kennard's staff showing us to our unit. There were lots of trolleys around to help you move things. Once we no longer required the unit Kennard's lent me a little trolley overnight free of charge (because I had just been a customer) to move the stuff into our home and also refunded me the remaining balance for the month as I wasn't using it. Couldn't rate them more highly!

Quick super helpful service and available over the weekend. Got me out of trouble when I needed help.

Great spot for what u need. But when your at the same depot every other day renting stuff, then ask to use the toilet to be told: there is none. I reckon yous can do better. After all its the customers that keep the business going.

Trying to find a floor polisher urgently on Sunday was a challenge, but Alexandra was open. The gentleman that served me was friendly and helpful. Return today was easy with a quick scan and a digital receipt.
