Ken Sparks Carpets

We recently had an entire houseful of carpet replaced by Ken Sparks. Jason was super helpful and informative right from the start, and Will and Ben did a perfect job tearing up the old carpet and installing the new. It looks fabulous and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new carpet

Wanted to deal with a family business and walked into Ken Sparks and asked what I thought would be impossible. I needed carpet to be taken up and laid within the week. Sue showed me what was available, Jason measured up, Rod and Kai laid the carpet this afternoon and it looks great. Thank you for the great service. We spent some time researching who to work through and time and time again Jason Spark’s came up as the ‘go to’ for carpet.

We could not be happier. Jason spent a huge amount of time with us working through our needs and expectations. A+ Patience!

We ended up with Beaulieu Carpets and have really been impressed (even the Beaulieu Company Manager responded graciously to all our questions). The carpet was laid on time, within schedule and with attention to detail.

I spent a lot money on quality wool carpet here for the whole of my house and spoke to Jason regarding help in caring and repairing for the damaged carpet from the floods today and he continually went on and on to tell me how busy they are and backlogged and that they couldn't do anything and that my husband can pull up the carpet and to deal with the problem. He then proceeded after 10 minutes of trying to get out of helping us to rudely accuse me of being rude and hanging up on me and tell me to go elsewhere, when I said I didn't want them to then blame us for doing the wrong thing or damaging the carpet any further so we can relay the carpet back as it is only about a year old! So don't expect any aftercare or support through flooding or difficult times from this unfamily business!

This company is terrific. They came and were polite and quoted for new carpet for my office but they noted that not much was wrong with it other than bubbles and ridging in the carpet which made it a falls risk for patients (I see elderly). They then offered to quote on having it stretched when I had already had a guy out to do that who quoted to do it and then came on another day and said it was too big a job and to get new carpet.
The stretching has been very professional and it saved me $6000 for the time being.
I am most grateful and will recommend this company.
