I have dealt with Kelly's Office Furniture for many years both in the Corporate setting and for the home office. I enquired to get a quote for recovering a chair I purchased some years ago. I love the chair still, its fantastic (Roxy) but the fabric had faded. After communication with Timo, he advised that the recovering would be covered under warranty. I was surprised and delighted.
Service at this company is always polite, helpful and above the call. Such a refreshing change.

I had a great experience at Kelly's furniture while choosing the right chair for my son. I would highly recommend Kelly's furniture to anyone in need of new office furniture. A big thank you to an employee with the name of Timo, We were really impressed about his knowledge, understanding of the products, interest about our needs, ability to assist while choosing the right product and professionalism. I was so so pleased with how exceptionally helpful, patient and kind the customer service was. I was served by a man named Timo and it was such a pleasant experience. I came back to change my chair and Timo was just as helpful as the first time I met him. Very stoked with how it all went I would highly recommend Kelly’s furniture for not only furniture advice but also high quality products and a good experience

Partner and I went to Kelly’s Office Furniture in Dee Why and we’re extremely happy with the service we received. They went above and beyond to ensure that the products we were choosing was were specific to our needs whilst being ergonomic.
Would definitely return and would definitely recommend!

I have been dealing with Aaron @ Kellys office furniture since I opened our office in 2007. As a small business owner with a very tight budget Aaron and the team at Kellys have always found solutions to fit the budget and the needs of the business. Fast forward to April 2022 we completed a customised fit out for our clinic, Aaron produced a design that optimised the space for growth. He delivered this fit out in 3 weeks personally putting in long hours to deliver to the tight time frames we had. Whilst not all the joinery came as originally expected, when it did we were prioritised to ensure we were up and operational. As to the outcome all I can say is Wow! The quality and attention to detail is second to none. We could not be happier with the space and it is a pleasure to come to the office everyday.
I am very grateful to Aaron for looking after me and my company. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism, and commitment to me as a client.

Kelly's Office Furniture is a local Northern Beaches family business. Our experience with Timo was brilliant from beginning - he was the designer, was in the shop when we came to have a look at finishes and, along with his brother-in-law was the the person who came to install our two home offices. We are so so happy with the outcome - we built two double spaces in two separate rooms, enough for our family to work and study from home. Timo's attention to design detail was fabulous - he knew what we could do when we needed to bring the cost down without cutting corners in the ultimate outcome. He researched and provided advice on available products when we needed to change the whiteboard 'splashback' and their work ethic on the installation days was beyond amazing - it was a hot, humid and VERY long day but was done with no fuss, good humour and unfailing politeness. The finished product is of very high quality - we will be happy using the spaces for many years to come.

So impressed with the service. Due to lockdowns, I couldn't visit the store - Kelly's over the phone consultations and advice were so helpful and helped me make the right choice. I ordered my chair at 9am and was set up and seated in it by 11.30am (despite being over 20km from Dee Why)! Very happy, thank you!

I have been looking for a great white Ergonomic chair for a while now since I've sold my Steelcase gesture chair just before the lockdown last year. I was looking into buying a new Steelcase or Herman Miller but their prices increased big time since lockdown. After some research I came on Kellys Office Furniture website and caught my eye on the AFRDI approved ergonomic chair called 'The Hemsworth'. I was a bit sceptical since for the same price you can buy the well-known Steelcase Series 1. Since I couldn't find any reviews I've decided to contact them and was chatting with Timo who works for this company. He explained to me that they are specialised in ergonomics and he would pick the Hemsworth over the Steelcase any day of the week. His reasons were very clear and understandable so I've decided to take the plunge. I've ordered over the phone at 1pm and 2 hours later it got delivered for free (talk about fast delivery), so this is obviously great customer support. I also felt much more appreciated then for example at Steelcase or Herman Miller, so great start. Now the most important part, the actual chair. It came fully assembled and it honestly looks amazing. I went for the low back version since I'm only 5"7 (174cm) tall. The quality is great and the looks are really good. The mesh is solid and gives great support for my back. Does it have as much features as my old Steelcase gesture, well not really but that one is also 3 times more expensive. The Hemsworth has great adjustments though and it feels really comfortable. Is it suitable for long hours behind your computer, I don't know yet since it just arrived but I'm confident it will be. Big thanks to Timo and the person who helped me over the phone. I've attached some pictures and I can highly recommend this chair

Second time we have used Kellys. Quality product, fast delivery, but what makes them so good, is that they have a great understanding of how the product is used, layout, ergonomics etc. Its pretty important when you spend so much time at the desk!

From our first communication with the team at Kelly’s to the delivery of our desks and chairs, the customer service of the entire team was beyond expectations. The Kelly’s team were very professional, always helpful, informative, patient, understanding and friendly! With the unprecedented and stressful climate we are all experiencing this is to be commended more so and was very much appreciated.

Also the advice on what our needs was spot on. All my questions were answered thoroughly with great patience and when undecided on choices offered, the advice was invaluable in our decision making. A sure sign of the great experience and knowledge the team have!

We were very tempted to purchase less expensive desks and chairs but following comparisons of quality and comfort for both we feel it is a true investment for the future not only from the perspective of the furniture purchased but also time. With such great quality we hope there will be no or few issues however if any were to arise we feel very assured and confident that the team at Kelly’s are there to support with their ongoing customer care.

This is a business you can trust.

I made two purchases about 2-3 years ago, on two separate occasions, from Kelly's Office Furniture, for items which were important to me to be high quality, sturdy, and long lasting. One was a height adjustable desk, and the second was an office/computer chair. They both cost over $700 each, and I needed them to last.

The height adjustable desk that I bought from Kelly's was better than any other ones I had tested in other stores, and I am happy with it, even 2-3 years later on. I think I paid around $800 or something for it and it was worth it.

The chair, I think I paid $749 for, and for the most part, it was fine. I did have an issue with the arms but due to the 10 year warranty that came with it, Kelly's fixed it immediately after I requested it.

I actually am typing this review sitting on the same chair, using the same desk, even after 2-3 years of use. Overall, it is of high quality.

I had previously put up a negative review based two issues;

1) An interaction I had with one of the sales staff in the Dee Why store.
2) A fault with the arms of the chair aforementioned.

After a follow-up interaction with Kelly's, they addressed these issues in a prompt and professional manner, which made me feel valued as a customer and resolved the issues completely, as far as I am concerned.

I note that I am a single person, making one or two purchases. They went out of their way to fix these problems that I had mentioned, and so it seems to me, that since they give this focus on quality assurance to me, a single individual, they would extend that high level of service to anybody, be it one person, or a large business with much larger orders.

What that all means, is that I recommend Kelly's Office Furniture for anyone looking for quality chair, desk, or any other office furniture. I also think that any business/organisation looking to fit out a whole building or office would find that Kelly's Office Furniture will be a great choice, for reasons outlined above.

10 Years Warranty. Good service. Good product. Most importantly, a business that is run by people who care. There is no reason to go anywhere else.
