Kellys Cleaning

I have been with Kellys Services Group for approximately 3 years plus. I have been very, very happy with the quality of work. If part of the work isn’t done properly, Shannon rectifies it immediately for the following week.
The girls are happy to do a couple of extra things if I ask. They turn up on time and stay for the 2 and 1/2 hours.
I’m disabled and I ask the girls to do the things I can’t. So it’s happy days for me.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. They offer much more than a regular weekly clean.

I arranged with Shannon to do a quote for an end of lease clean. We agreed to meet at the property at a certain time. After waiting for 30 minutes with no communication, I called Shannon and she said she was running late and is 10 minutes away. Another 30 minutes passed with no communication and just as I was packing up, she sent me a text saying that she had hit a pot hole. While this may be the case, it was quite frustrating to have been waiting over an hour with no communication initiated by the company.

No services were engaged with this company, so I cannot comment on their quality of work.

From my initial contact with Kellys I have been very impressed. The staff are friendly, professional and very reliable. Great service and exceptional cleaning was provided by Sara. Highly recommend Kellys Services Group - you have made this experience stress free THANK YOU!
