Kelly & Partners Inner West took over the practice of my former accountant some years ago. Since then Michelle has been looking after my accounting needs with the assistance of her staff. I have found them all to be extremely professional in the work they perform for me and always there when I need questions answered and assistance. This was so particularly during the Covid period when, like all small businesses, I was struggling with the issues that period presented. Michelle was there at all hours ready to provide advice and assist with documentation. A very professional firm that will provide you with personal attention.

Well, the current reviews are completely different from my own experiences with Kelly and Partners, after my account was migrated to Kelly's, following the sale of my long time tax agents business.

While staff are friendly in email communications, they seem to lack basic knowledge on claimable expenses. After consulting with another tax agent, after being dissatisfied with my final return, which I need to pay up front for and then wait 8 weeks for lodgement, I discovered that I could claim all my educational expenses as they directly related to my employment. This resulted in me lodging two amendments for each tax year, and receiving an additional (considerable) refund as opposed to the payment I was required to make to the ATO of over $1,000.

Even one star is way too much. I have found a more competent tax agent.

We had reason to change from our retiring accountants to Rozelle Kelly +Partners. Despite being serviced very well in the past the service we are getting now is of another level all together.
Firstly the focused accounting process is amazing and detailed.
And of top level. No ifs or buts.

However the friendly, patient, and interactive way this is processed is is arrived at is definitely above usual. Staff without acceptation are welcoming, interested, reliable and soft with those that are not always up to the minute with the ever changing regulations and law.
How did YOUR service provider get your Director id in no time at all…. And as a service not a cost?
They did and made it a houmer session at the same time.
My wife simply is in love with them!
