We’ve used Kelly Clean for regular bi-monthly cleans, for deep (spring) cleans and for our end of lease clean. Each and every time we’ve been impressed by the quality, professionalism, kindness & care they have conducted themselves with. They’ve been flexible to suit our schedule where needed (we have two little ones) and have gone above and beyond on many occasions. Kelly & her team are thorough and truly care about what they do. It’s been two years that I’ve been meaning to write a review but each time they finish I keep being distracted by my beautifully clean house! When they are done I walk around like a kid in a candy shop marvelling at the cleaning magic they achieve. Kelly and her crew are professional, personable and responsive to feedback. They go above and beyond and focus on customer satisfaction over ‘hours worked’ like some cleaners. I look forward to their regular visits. I haven’t had to clean a shower for two years and my cats love them! Because of them we can pretend that we are functional adults who keep a clean house. They’ve also been super at implementing COVID-safe practices.
