Kelly Hair & Nails

I have been going to Kelly Hair and Nails for about 6 months now and I am extremely beyond happy with the service:) all staff are professional and do a great job. My mum specifically couldn’t achieve the platinum blonde she wanted anywhere else. She’s pay $300-$400 in so many places and finally achieved it at Kelly’s for half the price! They do a fantastic job and are extremely friendly and cater to all.
Will always come here for my hair. Great shop

I always come here to get my hair washed & it’s always such a good experience. The staff are lovely & welcoming. Also always leaving the salon feeling and looking great! Thank you for providing amazing service every time.

I went in the store happy to get my ears pierced 3 weeks ago.it’s still sore but I walked in to customer complaining I assumed she was being a Karen. I then went ro sit on the chair that was gold and silver earings she let the people next to me pick what colour but she picked for me then pierced my ears very it was very painful I complained that they were uneven she argued I asked my mum if they looked and even she said yes I asked my dad if they looked and even to he said yes also my advice is you can find a better place than this

Do NOT get your hair cut here if you have short curly hair.they do not know how to handle curly hair.all i asked for was a trim on my hair and the guy who cut my hair straightened it out, despite me never asking for it to be straightened, and styled it in a way i did not ask for, resulting in my hair becoming really short since it curled up after i washed it.customer service here is also not great.i walked in when it was empty and was told i would be able to get my hair cut immediately, but still had to wait around 20 minutes since my hairdresser kept walking around and tending to other customers who walked in after me or doing other random things, without a word to me.and halfway through my haircut he randomly left me to help another customer with their hair?
tl;dr don’t come here if you have curly hair because they have no idea how to cut it properly

Highly Recommend Kelly’s! I had the most amazing and relaxing hair wash and scalp massage. My wash and blow dry looks fantastic. Very pleased & will continue to visit weekly. Thank you

Honestly I just thinks it’s just unprofessional I got my belly and noes pierced and if you pierce any thing you need to sign something and they usually give you a spray to take home, nah not here

This place is very disrespectful, unprofessional and dishonest.disgusting customer service. After I was told that I was going to be charged 25 for a layered haircut (same charge as before), kelly the owner changes her mind when I went to pay and asked for 35.when confronted that she said 25 as before.she raises her voice and claims that she said 'from 25' which she did not. And I went for the exact same hair cut previously and she charged 25 (I have very very thin hair)
she then charges me 25 as agreed on and rudely says 'pay 25 but don't come back here. '
This person needs to be dealt with by the fair trading. Disgusting!

I have been to Kelly's 3 times now. Eachtime I have found the salon to be comfortable and welcoming.
The staff from my experience are very dedicated and also focused on the customers' comfort.
I am always happy with the manner in which I am greeted, treated in the salon and price.

Left my hair in conditioner and made my hair and extensions fall out, also done the same to my mum and her colour washed out because they left it in for 40 minutes.don’t go here.very unprofessional.

I will never return to this place, I went there to get my nails done (infills) and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Terrible customer service, rough handling, and very unprofessional.

First of all, they filed down my cuticles to the point where it was burning and my skin started to peel, they actually cut me. I asked for a disinfectant wipe THREE times and they turned around and told me that I didn’t need one (I was bleeding at the time). Secondly, they did not bother to ask if I wanted my nails shorter. Thirdly, they did not remove all of the nail polish from my original set, there were pieces of paint still on my nails and they chose to brush the powder over it, instead of fixing it. Fourthly, the paint job was horrible! There were bubbles, they did not paint the edges of my nails. While they were painting my nails, I asked to speak with Kelly (manager). I had to walk to Kelly myself, instead of her coming over. I told her about my experience and she offered to personally fix my nails but I was adamant and said no, I wanted to go to a different nail place. Kelly wanted to charge me full price ($35) after they said infills were $30. I refused to pay that amount, she argued with me. I had to end up paying $20. I wish I could post a picture to show you all what a joke it was!

Walked straight to a different nail place and got my nails fixed right away.

Please do NOT get your hair coloured here. Absolutely ruined my niece's hair 1 week before her formal. Refused to fix it. Spare yourself the anxiety. Kelly was extremely rude and behaved like a bully when asked to fix my niece's hair. Will NEVER use this place again

Had full face waxed. Terrible service, the lady was not professional enough. She just ruined my eyebrows. Also, the price was advertised less than what was charged. When asked, they said price increased. Never going to recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE. I saw the sign out front said $35 for Wash, blow dry and curl. While watching them blow dry my hair it was very different to other places I have been to. Very unprofessional.and since my hair is long they didn't curl it properly (only the ends) but still charged me $100. The owner could have told me earlier it would cost extra. She is rude and doesn't really care. She also did my mums makeup which was ugly too.

Very bad place for hair and nail. The owner has no experience in doing hair bad and rude customer service. I never recommend this place to anyone. The lady I believe she is the owner she delivers unprofessional service. She never apologise for using wrong products on hair. I wish there Is - star to give the service is below 0.

I like how cheap it is to get your Hair done there than to go to a local Haidresser who would Charge Double in my town.

They told us to come back at 3, we came at 2: 30 only to be sat for 1 hour. All we wanted was to get our hair curled. Did everyone else that came after us. We just got up and left because they are just ridiculous.

I visited the store to get a dermal piercing changed. When I arrived there was one person in the shop who told me that "the techincian is not in at the moment can you come back later? " To which I replied "not a problem. When should I come back? " The answer I got was I dont know. She is dropping kids off to school. Then I asked if she could call me when she got back. She was very reluctant to help me, so i waited. When the technician arrived I asked if she could change it to which I got bombarded with a million questions and the said I can't do it? Instead of just being honest and saying that she didnt know how.

I got an hair keratin and she applied wrong products on my hair which damaged my hair she didn't refund and did anything for my hair she did very rude and wrong behaviour she abused as well and she didn't explain any thing i was asking her again and again about do my hair get better results. She is very bad

I n my friend visited there to get nails lashes extensions and pedicure done but left the shop one with nails and other with pedicure done and waited for like 3hours but nothing done pedicure took more than 1hour only waiting we have tell her to finish this first.

Unprofessional staff, worst customer service.
Instead of apology she started arguing.
