Nothing was an issue, the whole process was amazing. While we were investigating our rates there was no annoying phone calls for a hurry up, and once we had our averages there was only support and recommendations to get the best package possible to suit our needs and requirements. Plus leaving an infrastructure in place for us to easily install batteries if needed down the track.

I asked a number of mainly local companies to quote for an upgrade of my solar system, of all that quoted Kdec was the standout company, Kyle listened to what I wanted, clarified to ensure his understanding of my requirements, made good suggestions to enhance the proposed system.
The quote was comprehensive, detailing different options clearly and showing their effect on the final price.
I felt that Kdec was honest and transparent and is definitely my number one choice of solar companies.
I have not gone through with the upgrade at this time but when I do Kdec will be doing the job.

Absolutely awesome experience this the second time we have used Kdec, it’s raining and completely overcast and we are still producing 1500kw of power and the batteries are 100% full, everything is working perfect they took their shoes off inside the house and we’re extremely clean and tidy with their work. I highly recommend these guys and they used the best of the best technology and quality panels like I said We have a 11kw system with 11kw batteries and have never used the grid even on overcast days!

Thanks to the Kdec team for the installation of our 10Kw system. The whole process was made easy with a great discussion with Kyle to start with and then a very clean and professional install. The system has had no problems and it is great to see the impact on the electricity bills.

Late last year I contacted several solar energy installers to get some quotes to have a system installed at my home in Thurgoona.

KDEC are very informative and answered all of our questions. KDEC encouraged us to shop around and provided some helpful tools to assist us to make our decision when attempting to compare systems.

KDEC provided a rough install date and actually installed ahead of schedule. KDEC had the system installed in a day and completed handover with me the following day.

The system went live at the end of November and has run smoothly as silk ever since even though the bushfires with heavy smoke.
