A group of people are deliberately sabotaging the work and morale of the business owner. A student came to interview, she said she can do nails but she was lie so the owner cant let her work. The mistake of the owner was not letting that girl leave immediately, he wants to let her see how they work and hope she can learn something.the student though she will get pay by staying there. Both misunderstood. I dont thing he deserved 1star, please support for the right bussiness

My nail lady of 10years went overseas, so i had to find someone new. I decided to look for a nail salon closer to home. After reading reviews on all the nail salons in Merrylands, i decided to go with Kate Nails & I am so glad i did!

Vi was so welcoming, professional, polite, gentle & patient with my fussiness! I felt i was listened to & the end result was beautiful. Happy customer! Thank you Vi, i'll be back for sure.

I have been going to Kate Nails since the beginning of the year, and I won’t be going anywhere else. My nails have never been better, the shellac paint lasts around 3 weeks on my natural nails and I am quite rough with my hands. I recently started doing acrylics and I have been very happy with the results. Acrylic is of high quality, so I have only needed infills for the last 2-3 months - which is great to save the nails from being damaged removing and starting again.

Prices are incredibly affordable.
Colour selection is good and they offer a variety of designs.
I have gone many times and do recommend.
The acrylic nail application itself sometimes can do with improvement - is uneven and not the same shape on various nails but they are open to you communicating this. Most of the times, I'm happy with their nail services and enjoy going there.

I am very happy with level of attention that Amber put in. Which meant I didn't need to check and double check if things were to my liking or standards. I could just relax and enjoy my session. She was meticulous about the cleanliness and ensuring my pedicure and waxing was perfect and the nails too. And Vi got the design just right too!

See you guys again next month.
