We started going to Karisma when it was in Greenwood Plaza but like its present location in the McMahons Pt village even more. The standard of care and personal approach is second to none.

Karisma is a wonderful optometrist. The staff there are friendly and helpful. They’ve taken care of all my eye and sight needs for many years now and I would never need to go anywhere else.

As a long time local resident I started going to Karisma in Greenwood Plaza. I then loved the elegance and style of the practice when it moved to Blues Point Road. I was used to George testing my eyes but new to me Daniel was excellent too. Technical support Peter is patient and kind. A good place!

The Karisma team continues to provide us with a great service, despite the COVID restrictions. They find ways to help you out and keep you posted with changes etc.
Overall, I’ve always had a great and professional experience with the team.

I've had eye checks and got my glasses at Karisma for years - from well before they moved to Blues Point. They are very friendly and helpful people - you can just drop in and Pete will fix your damaged frames free of charge. Mike is an excellent and very thorough optometrist and will check for general eye health as well. The occasional locum has also been very efficient. You get a text reminder for your annual checkup, a very useful service. Highly recommended.

I have gone here for eye checks for years. All of the staff are friendly and professional. Michael and Vanessa are fantastic optometrists! They take the time to explain what their eye tests mean and carefully explain the results and answer any questions you have. I have been given incorrect prescriptions in the past by other optometrists and Michael identified the issue with my eyes straight away the first time I saw him. I highly recommend them!

I really recommend this shop and the atendente Daniel M. Is very gentle. Also the price is very convenient as well.

As usual, Michael and Peter and the Staff were efficient and helpful, with their customary smiles and good humour. Annette's spectacles were ready on time and Peter made sure the fitment was perfect. We would certainly recommend this business to any of our friends.

They never pressure you to buy a more expensive brand and are pleased to tighten your frames any time you drop by.

I went because I wanted some fame styles that were not the standard seen everywhere. I walked past and Karisma had a great range. I decided to have my eye test redone for an new script. Michael is the most thorough optometrist I have seen. He asked extra questions and created a lens (multifocal) which has been excellent. He also renovated the script for my existing glasses so thy are perfect for working and switching between computer, reading and walking around. Peter had a long talk with Michael at all stages and his understanding of the lens craft and the fitting of the frames made a huge difference. Thank you both (and the other great staff). Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again.
