The staff have no knowledge of the product and don’t know how to treat people

Brand new showroom with plenty of Karcher products. Great for me as a mobile detailer to have all of these products in stock. If something breaks, I can just drop in and pick it up. Bought a Puzzi 8/1. Excellent and powerful machine so far. Friendly service too. They helped me put the Extractor in the van.
