Really excellent servicing. Very thorough. This was a major service, but the mechanics at Kar Pro are top notch, and left nothing unchecked. I'm amazed at the big difference replacing my brake fluids has had on the pedal feel and braking confidence. Having had a litany of problems with brake pads and rotors that the dealer service centre refused to fix under warranty, and having already changed front rotors and all the pads recently, I thought I had my brakes in top condition, but the fluid flush & replacement, though "supposedly" (questionably?) changed by the Dealer once in the past, quite surprised me. So much for "Genuine Parts".
In the case of the "genuine" brake parts, they are obviously "made to a price", and even more obviously designed to wear out, necessitating replacement.
So do yourself a favour, and ask Kar Pro! There is far better quality available "aftermarket", at far better pricing. Thanks Kar Pro!

Just called in, without an appointment, for a tyre check ahead of a long drive. Service was super quick, nice waiting area and pleasant staff. There were no unexpected surprises (ie.you need this or that done) and I was on my way. They didn’t even charge me.

Wonderful and quality service! It's so hard to find good mechanics that you can return to and trust your safety with so I'm glad I found these guys. They were able to fit me in without a booking, found major problems with my car that my previous mechanic didn't. I could tell they were genuinely concerned about the issues to my safety and felt a duty of care. The problems were legit because I was sliding on the road when it was raining and could feel the car wasn't driving smoothly.

After the service, my car feels like a different car and I feel much safer driving it. They even put their sticker on my back windshield which I normally wouldn't like but I am happy to be a driving advertisement for them. Highly recommended.

I got decent price for 4 Toyo tyres. Also i had to change brake pads and rotors. I have no clue why they didnt replaced new rotors instead of disc machining while the price for new rotors were nearly same. At least they should have informed me about it as i am not a car expert and i should be theone to decide what i prefer

This shop is awesome. Went
here a while ago due to a punctured tire. They told me it didn’t really go through. They didn’t charge anything even though they have spent time checking. Super nice of them. I definitely recommend them. Place is nice and clean too. I’ll surely be back for my tire needs.

Purchased 2 new tyres with balance and alignment. Very professional business - friendly staff. Able to sit and watch TV and a clean fish tank in the waiting area with free tea / coffee. Explained the results of the alignment. Very happy.

I definitely recommend Kar Pro. These guys know their stuff, do great work, and at a reasonable price. Forget the grossly overpriced & often dodgy service & repairs by the "factory trained" dealers with their shoddy work performed by unsupervised apprentices to bolster their bottom line at your expense. Its your car. Your safety, and your hard earned money. So get real value, and go to Kar Pro. You won't be sorry.

I requested if i could drop off my car early morning for a check up and service. They were more than happy for me to despite being slightly prior to their opening hours. Car was ready to pick up in the afternoon the same day and they gave me a call to run me over the costs and options before the service.

Sick of needing to take your car back to the dealer to fix what they've stuffed up during each service? Do yourself a favor and go to Kar Pro instead. You won't be disappointed. Not on proper workmanship or price. Nor do they charge like a wounded bull on spare parts.
