Highly recommend Helen & Kappatalize Wellness Yoga. A wonderful mix of yin, yang, yogalates & breathwork. The classes are held at a time which fits perfectly into a busy lifestyle making it super easy to attend. I’ve gained so many benefits from the classes & Helen’s guidance from strength & flexibility to calmness, stillness & sleeping deeply. Your mind, body & spirit will love you & the classes

It has been 10 years since I attended a yoga class and I was a little apprehensive.
There was no need to worry as I was guided every step of the the way and made to feel so welcome and at ease with my ability level.

The environment was soothing, instructions easy to follow and it was a perfect way to channel some me time while focusing on calming my mind and body.

Highly recommend.

I’m a middle aged woman that was looking for improved fitness & well being. I tried the gym, which made me feel old & self conscious. I’ve found my perfect outlet with these classes. As a beginner Helen has helped me working around my bodies injuries, my strength & fitness is Improved. The classes are friendly & inclusive where you move at your own pace & there is a wonderful sense of community. Definitely worth trying

This isn't your everyday run of the mill yoga and pilates studio that can be found anywhere in the city running through endless formulaic sun salutations and 100's.
The point of difference setting apart Helen's approach with the rest is her amalgamation of work on the body and mind and her focus on how the moves feel as opposed to how they look.
Helen encourages you to work with your body, not on it, and by incorporating 'flow' and breathwork into the practice, the improvement in flexibility and strength is maximised.
Having practised yoga elsewhere for close to 10 years, I couldn't recommend this more highly.

Been wanting to do yoga for ever but kept pushing it to the back of the list. Thank God the universe lead me to Kappatalize. Helen hold a very relaxing friendly yoga session. As beginners my wife and I were guided gently through the motions. No pressure, we were encouraged to go at our own pace.
Great atmosphere great people. Do your sole a favour and join us. What have you got to loose.

The class is a good mix of breath work, meditation and free movement.
I’m being taught to be non-judgement towards my body: to listen to my body, and accept how it wants to move on that day. While living in a fast paced world, these classes are teaching me to slow down and be comfortable in stillness.
