Kang Hua Massage

I chose this place because of the blurb on the Penrith Westfield website. “Chinese massage, it is very strong, remedial massage, it is great for getting knots out and deep tissue therapy. ”
The masseuse Nikki was so sweet and not only gave a very strong deep tissue massage, but found the areas I needed and spent more time getting out the knots.
Nikki also spoke a little to me mostly about how tight I was and how she wanted me to leave feeling better. That little communication made me feel so comfortable.
I will definitely be going back often.

We been told to wait 10 mit for a massage service after waiting almost half an hour they said that they were booked out. What a waste of time!

The lady masseuse was very professional and nice. Had a great massage and felt relieved in my pain areas. Very good, no rush service ‍️

I had a foot massage today on my extremely sore messed up feet after a bad fall dislocating my toe, tearing my tendon and splintering a bone in 4 places 4 years ago. I suffer with the inability of walking correctly without pain. It was hard and definitely deep tissue and it wasn’t relaxing although that is exactly what I needed. I found her incredible at finding spots I didn’t realise were tender but everything she concentrated on has definitely been awaken for the better. I wish I was local because I would definitely go back for my back. I would recommend for anyone.

Best massage I’ve had in a long time. Pressure was perfect. Ambiance was spot on. Room was just a little cold. Otherwise it was amazing.

I recently had a neck, back & shoulder massage done by Field. She is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her to get all your knots and tightness out. I left there feeling AMAZING!
I've had massages done before but not like this.

Been here three times already.
Had a back and shoulder massage, gua sha and a whole body massage.
The massages released all the knots and tension in my body while the gua sha helped my body heal from a cold

Great experience, knowledgeable, and professional staff, never disappoints, I highly recommend this place.

Two things that don't go together: a children's play area and a relaxing massage.

Staff were nice and massage was decent, however it was very hard to relax with screaming children in the background. Will consider coming back when they get doors to control external noise.

Very relaxing an professional my muscles were so tight after 40 minutes My body felt a lot lighter an got rid of painful knots of stored tension round my upper back worth the $$

Very disappointed in my experience here, I get regular Thai massages elsewhere but was in the Westfield's and thought I'd try this place, I think the young guy here needs to go back and be retrained, he just dug his thumbs into the knots in my back and neck and made them worse, no attempt to work out any tension, then created more problems with muscles that were fine, I walked in a little sore and walked out with a pinched nerve in my shoulder and have had a headache for two days, when contacted I was told it was my fault for not correcting his technique and "maybe you'll feel better tomorrow" I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Anna was amazing! At first the massage was a bit soft but then when she used her elbows - wow! She knew where all the tension was and now I can bend right over without feeling stiffness or pain! Will definitely go back as they are very reasonably priced for actual remedial massage! They also have a loyalty card offer after 10 sessions and they take health funds!

I had a remedial massage today by Mark, and it was great. He focused on the problem areas and did a fantastic job, and I walked away feeling real relief. Thank you Mark.
