This company was very helpful for us. Because of our slightly complicated borrowing situation the big four banks weren’t prepared to lend us that much, but Kaleido identified a couple of other smaller lenders, one of which ended up lending us 80% of our purchase price, which was more than we expected. They helped with all the paperwork required, coordinated the process and were patient and professional. Nice people too. I’d use them again for sure.
