Firstly the booking system was flawless and reflective of our modern times. For an older person it was efficient and easy.

Secondly Frank/Kalco came, reviewed the job, quoted fairly and got to work at this tricky job. If badly done it could result in the joint snapping and requiring bigger repairs (tiling and repiping).

Frank found the root cause of the problem which others failed.

He fixed the problem permanently and tidied up before he left. He also turned down my proffered 10% tip for an excellent job.

We had an urgent sewer repair at 2;00 pm on a friday afternoon. Kalco answered the phone, they were on site within 30 minutes of that call, and the situation resolved by 6: 00pm, on a FRIDAY! Themis was unbelievable, he was so professional. I had a toilet burst it’s valve in the very early hours of Sunday morning and he responded to my call. Sought as much information before visiting to enable a fix on site first time. Which he did. He went beyond to do a job right as the previous plumber who came the week before didn’t. We unfortunately had come home late on a Friday evening to an emergency work order received from the public health officer from our local city council. The order required rectification work to be carried out in an incredibly tight timeline after the public health officer had tested effluent from our property. Themi came early the next day and very efficiently diagnosed the problem and advised on the rectification work. We had a damaged sewer line at the boundary trap and damaged stormwater drain. Within 2 days he was able to attend the property and rectify the work. It was a significant job requiring digging up of our driveway and garden. Themi and his team were the ultimate professionals - quick, friendly, and very thorough. Best of all, we came back home from work that day and you could not even tell that they had dug up the driveway/garden. They were very clean and disposed of contaminated soil. The service was top notch throughout - the communication was excellent and the service included photos/videos of the job which was helpful for reporting back to council. Further, Themi provided a certification that the problem had been fixed in line with council’s requirements. We do not hesitate to recommend Kalco plumbing. It was an excellent experience. Second time now I've used them.first with water and this time with gas.both times were excellent we got exactly what we wanted. They were on time and the quote was not only cheaper than we thought just like the first time we used them, again nothing was hidden in the final price we were told about all possibilities. I plan to use them again in the future for everything water and gas and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Themi recently fixed several problems we have been having with our bathroom. I thought it would be a huge job but Themi diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a couple of hours. Highly professional and great value.

Kelco plumbing came to jet out a drain, went above and beyond to discover the root cause of the issue (pun intended).

Once done, provided a very reasonable quote to solve my problems, turned up as and when they said they would (week after the Sydney floods), got the job done with a smile, tidied up afterwards, and left.
