Kairros

My partner got into an accident last year and is currently working on getting better from a back injury. He was referred to this company for rehab but instead had a bad experience with them. Despite speaking to him on the phone, when they had a meeting she saw a book in Greek upon entering the house and asked if he needed a translator. He was born in Australia and English is his first and only language which he speaks very well. This came across as extremely offensive and as the meeting continued they proceeded to ask and interrogate my husband, as well as trying to get him back to work with an injured back. My partner felt extremely mentally exhausted from this interview and upset from the unnecessary comment made.
Also set a meeting for him to meet her at the doctor in which we went and she never turned. They tried several times to contact her and we waited longer but there was no curtesy to call and let him know she was no longer able to attend, we had to leave, making us do an unnecessary trip to the doctor.
