It was my first time trying out the salon which came highly recommended by a few friends and did not disappoint! From start to finish, the entire process was a delight. I got half foils done at this salon after another salon did not give me what i was looking for. All the staff were super nice and professional. Indianna did an amazing job and my hair turned out exactly like my inspiration pictures. Thank you!

I would have left review in a few days times once I washed my hair and seen how it looks and fill after I’ve styled it.but that has not happen.

Simply AMAZING! The salon is amazing & the staff are not only amazing too they are so attentive. This salon is something else and to top it off they are so professional with a hint of fun which is something you want when getting your hair done. Hands down the best experience in a hair salon I have ever had. Kaine and his team are committed to creating hair that people love and let me say I walked out in LOVE with my hair, they created something for me that was still healthy for my hair and the honesty that surrounded me achieving my hair goals are what you should receive in a hair salon and I received that and so much more. I walked out a new me and a happier me. After countless hairdressers and countless times being let down by others, I will now no longer go anywhere else. Highly Recommend <3

Visited KV to fix a haircut from another salon. It looks so much better, Kaine knows exactly what he's doing. His team is so friendly and I felt so welcomed. The salon is clean and well presented, and even though I was only there for a quick haircut I had a lovely massage at the basin and was offered tea or coffee which came with some light snacks and water. I felt really well looked after and cannot wait to return. Thank you Kaine!

I never usually leave reviews but Came in about a month ago for a keratin treatment and cut and could not have been happier! I’ve never found a salon I’ve been completely happy with and after a disappointing (and expensive) experience at another very popular Shire salon I’m SO glad I found KV.

The salon is gorgeous, had a great vibe and a such friendly team you can tell care a lot about and listen to their clients. Ayden did my treatment and was an absolute gem. Felt like I was just chatting to a friend and he provided great tips for my hair.

Mel did my cut and was also fantastic and quick. She also reassured me on how we could fix the previous salons disappointing balayage job. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the pricing was (especially compared to my last salon).

I’ve since moved away from the shire but will definitely be back as it’s worth the drive. Thank you to the KV team for a great experience ️

I have visited Kaine for myself and my 2 kids. We are all incredibly happy with the service we have received. My kids were treated and consulted like adults even my 5 year old. Kaine has definitely went out his way to ensure we were all happy with our cuts. Very professional and friendly bunch and we will be back.

From walking in to exiting the salon I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a hair salon! From complimentary drink services to free wifi I was amazed with the service and quality of work.
Melissa did my hair and she went above and beyond, I could not recommend Melissa and the team enough.
It was my first appointment and I will definitely be making Kaine Vakai my only hair dresser.

Hands down best haircut I’ve ever had from start to finish, so much so it prompted me to write a review.
Upon arrival, my booking seemed to not show up in the system and that didn’t phase them one bit. They quickly made me a spot and solved the problem super efficiently. Beautiful facilities and products, and overall amazing vibe. Everyone there was genuinely nice and happy which is seldom come by in a work place. I received so many beautiful compliments and smiles it made my morning. I didn’t manage to grab the name of the beautiful blonde who washed and cut my hair but she was an absolute legend. She asked SO many questions from what products I used and wanted to every single detail about my hair and the cut I wanted and it showed in the results, and beyond this gave me so many helpful tips and just genuinely cared about how I left the salon. Also very refreshing in comparison to other salons that see one photo of what you want and just start chopping. So attentive and lovely I cannot express how much I highly rate this salon. They even gave me a significant discount on my service which was soooo above and beyond as the small miscommunication at the beginning left me completely unphased. Ayden was also very lovely communicative and offered his talented styling with grace. They also offer lots of refreshments which is a nice touch as not all salons do this
Please go here! They try very hard to make you feel great and it doesn’t go unnoticed. If I could give more stars I would. I will be back forever!

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! The new salon is light, spacious and everything feels luxe and super clean. Each stylist is highly skilled and the prices are very reasonable for quality of services. On top of all of this, they are the loveliest bunch of people and always make you feel at home and welcome, which is important when you’re sitting there for a few hours at a time!

I couldn't be happier with the services I received and how I was treated. The salon is gorgeous and the people are friendly! I walk my pup by this salon frequently, and she loves these guys too!
