I came across JW Tree Services while trying to find someone to clean up an old cabbage tree palm. After a few phone calls to different companies, I decided to go with JW Tree Services based on the reasonable quote and the knowledge James had when providing me with details relating to my enquiry. I now see why they have just 5 star reviews! Not only did James and his team do an incredible job (and cleaned up the mess once finished) but they were also able to work around the short time frame I had to get the job done. James and the team did an amazing job pruning my 30m Sydney Blue Gum! On time, organised, friendly, know their stuff, efficient and excellent value for money. It was a huge job with masses of cuttings and debris but they still left the place tidier than when they arrived. This is the third time I've used JW Tree Services and I'll be back again next time too. Wouldn't trust anyone else to know what's best for the health of my trees.
Also, it's amazing to watch James and John dangling off and leaping around up in the highest branches! They both seem to know exactly just how to let the cuttings drop from above without damaging a thing on the ground. Take the day off just to watch!

After receiving what appeared to be an extremely overpriced quote a friend referred me to James and his team. James’ quote was very reasonable and he was extremely professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He provided advice and guidance on what was needed, had a no fuss attitude and his work was fantastic.
