JW Computers Blacktown

I got my first pc from the jw team and I was not disappointed. Everyone there is always super nice and friendly

I can easily rate this store by some factors and as I have purchased more than 1 grand of items both online and in store, I can assure you they are not the same.

Online
If you have checked their website, found what you are going to buy from them and it is available in store, lucky you. You don't have to go through a headache of stress (especially if you are in the middle of a build). If I could rate their online service alone I would have put a 1.5 star rating. Do not rely on the estimated shipping time because it will take longer than you think. You also can't really contact them easily through email, they will take more than 3 days to respond.

In store
Good behaviour with customers overall but for some crew members it is kind of hard to ask them questions about what you are buying. For example when I asked one of their crew members a question about the motherboard I was buying, he laughed at me and mocked me because of my knowledge, he corrected my question then answered it.

Over all
Very good pricing and quality of products but bad attitude towards customers and bad online service.

The staff at JW Computer displayed a rude attitude. Despite making an online purchase, I arrived one minute after the closing store time. The store was still open with the lights on. I politely apologized and explained the situation, but they responded by scoffing and telling me to go back. Such behavior raises concerns about the attitude of the service staff. Despite being treated disrespectfully, I had to leave.

I am not late 5 minutes.jsut one minute late.

The team members was helpful. He also matched the price.
Location is good.
Online available product wasnt store.
Parking available.

Hi I I bought a new motherboard and wanted to replace my old one
Called up the store in Blacktown and one of their guys spoke to me his name was Phill
He is a legend and spent 17 minutes answering all the questions for me related and unrelated to the motherboard
Great service if you call always ask for phill he is very helpful polite and nice even though he knew I wasn’t going to use the shops service due to time delays he still helped me a lot

And it looks brand New and works perfectly. Awesome price too

Was served by Josh on Saturday, he helped me with a custom built gaming pc. He provided great service and recommended parts where needed and explained them really well. Big props to him and cant wait to get my new pc!

Initially planned to get a quote to upgrade my computer memory. Instead, I was lucky enough to have it upgraded and added a new hard drive into the computer. Very friendly and efficient staff. Knowledgeable and gives me the confidence to go again if I have any computer related issues. Thanks guys

Absolutely amazing staff! I spoke to two staff members and both were extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and we're able to help with me with products and a system issue, give them a raise!

I called the store and spoke to I think Josh about a quote for a custom build told him what my budget was and what games I play and I need a Windows 11 compatible system etc and I already had a graphics card to put in it and he did a good job a selecting all the parts including the case and was very helpful and very good with me especially with me having a disability and he was very nice to me I look forward to receiving the Custom built pc in a couple of weeks or less I recently got myself a Gaming PC from elsewhere so this custom build from JW Computers Blacktown will make a awesome early Birthday present for my Mum who is into computers and likes playing PC games and I'm sure Mum will enjoy it Thanks Josh and JW Computers Blacktown

The staff at Blacktown were extremely nice and knew there computers very well.if I asked a question they would answer it's almost instantly. Definently recommend.

Highly recommend Rosch and the team at JW computers Blacktown.for the past 2 years the team at Blacktown have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, their customer service and knowledge is second to none. Rosch always goes above and beyond my expectations. A true customer service GURU. Thankyou Rosch and the team keep up the AMAZING job.

Honestly, what can I say about these guys. In particular Rosch and the guys at the Blacktown store. Rosch is an absolute godsend to the computer world. So much knowledge, such a nice human being, professional and will go completely out of his way to try and help you. I could use all the adjectives in the world to describe how good this store is and the guys that run it but just know that if you're ever in need of computer parts, displays or whatever, these guys have got you covered.

I was a returning customer and my daughter was looking for a new computer, we are looking at the 3080 which was about 5K in value so we were looking for a good gaming machine. When we arrived there apparently the manager of the store indicated the was one out the back, but was previously returned b a customer and had some cooling issue, the reason for the return. The manager said he will fix it and sell it to us. Ok so to want to sell us a 5K machine that was faulty. I had to think about that, wow, I wonder what the trick was about. We decided to go to Castle Hill as we found or we thought we did stock there. Sure there was a display model but when we asked the manager of that shop he said “it is the stock coming from Blacktown” that’s the one we saved for you, but I said that was faulty stock. No way will we ever return. They have a bloody hide!

Just moved from Perth to Sydney and was looking for a good local pc store, and the moment I walked into the store I had help straight away, gave me great advice and ontop of that gave me some free screws for my pc fans beyond excellent service and great products to choose from thank you guys it was an absolute pleasure and I will be a returning customer and will definitely recommend to others.

Great Shop Im going here to Order A Intel Core I9 And A NZXT Kraken Z73 And A geforce gtx 1660 ti but i did order a gaming pc from them so i hope i go there in a 5 week or lower or higher Thank You JW Computers

Helpful beyond belief, brought a monitor they threw in the adaptor thingy for free. Service was friendly and super efficient. Highly recommended.
