Picked up item in store. Staff helped bring the item to the car. Item had to be removed from box as it wouldn't fit. Staff were very helpful.

I had pretty severe problems with my computer that I had spent close to 40 hours trying to fix myself. Took it in and was initially told that it was a corrupt OS when I was fairly certain it wasnt. Took it home and it broke pretty quickly and wasnt to happy. The reason they get 5 stars is because of how they, specifically Adam, treated me once I took the pc back. Adam communicated with me very well and listened to my concerns and diagnosed the issue as a broken cpu. Cannot recommend this business more to anyone who has a faulty computer. Again big thanks to Adam for the service.
Top tier customer service over here, came in with a non booting pc and frustration, left with a fixed and if not better pc and a smile. Was served by Adam who is one of the repair guys. Super professional and knowledgable even when i asked him tech questions which werent about my PC specifically. 1000% recommend this place to anyone looking for parts, pc repair and most things computer related.
Great customer service very nice and accomodating, Dylan and Adam were amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be going there again.

Wrong information on the website, order shipped, made it difficult for a refund even after admitted the mistake on the website, wouldn’t send the correct one until I had sent a 2 dollar standard phone cable back which was forgotten in the pack. Took 5 weeks and never told me the refund had been put back into my account. Stopped taking my calls! Very dodgey and rude.
NEVER GO HERE i paid them $330 to finish building my pc and they didnt even install my wifi card and when i go to file explorer i can only see my ssd not MY HARD DRIVE so dont waste your time hear and go to scorptec or mwave.
Nevermind i just called them and they just helped me to insert the drive into file exoplorer 4/5 stars
I ordered a NUC from Kogan. The delivery was very quick from JW Computers. It didn't come with the correct plug, so I gave some feedback on Kogan. I since read the advert and it was my mistake, it doesn't come with a plug and I should have known that, Anyway, terns out JW Computers really care about their clients, because in spite of them not owing me anything, they sent me a free plug with lead. Outstanding care guys. You deserve every one on my 5 stars. Keep up the good work.
Lovely staff! Came here to pick up some stuff and ended up having to go back in later in the day thinking I needed something that didn't actually need. The staff could have easily sold it to me but didn't! Great customer service. Will definitely be coming back again and again.
These people are pirates desperate to hang on to your money. Uneducated, ignorant and wow NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXPERIENCE OR BUSINESS ETIQUETTE. Go Officeworks and save yourself the headache, frustration and energy you will spend on trying to get a refund for a product that doesn't work I would equate this experience to pulling your wisdom teeth from your forehead. Cheap, nasty and dodgy these people go as far as designating my refund request as a “Change of Mind“, after me explaining to them that after plugging in the device that they sold me, and finding that it doesn't work, these criminals try to weasel their way out of refunding and are just about as bad as it gets when comparing modern reputable business against their offering they are a 3rd world offering I would avoid at all costs. Will be going Fair Trading now.
Extremely poor service, unwilling to do the bare minimum to help with shipping issues which they caused and refused to do anything to remedy the situation. I would not recommend shopping here.
I visited JW Bankstown today regarding issues with my PC. Most of the parts I purchased from JW had no problem at all. Then we found out the GPU i bought elsewhere was the problem. Yet Aydin (the technician) was very prompt and genuinely keen on helping me diagnose and troubleshoot, advising me on solutions. I felt really supported by him and also by other staffs. Thank you for the pleasant experience and quality customer service, highly recommended!
*update* JW has been very communicative since I wrote the original review. While I'm not a huge fan of the process that we had to go through, it has been resolved amicably. I would deal with JW again.
I ordered a CPU cooler and two case fan packs. Through no fault of JW, the item was lost in transit.
The problem is now I'm being given the run-around to try and get it sorted out. I've now been unable to use my PC since mid-March, which I need for WFH reasons. AusPost declared the item lost, and JW is telling me I need to speak to them to get further information. Not to mention I can't get a refund or replacement until JW conducts an internal investigation. Trying to call them results in being on hold for around 30 minutes before it cuts off (I understand being busy but come on). Emails are about a minimum 48 hour wait for a reply.
I've got the correspondence from AusPost, I'm unsure what else they want from me.
I don't generally (ever) give one-star reviews, and I may update this review depending on how quickly JW resolves this, but as of right now, I'm losing money and the one-star will stay.
I had picked up a faulty laptop for my business. Aidan and his team quickly resolved my issues and I was able to work from my laptop that night. Highly recommend their customer service.
