Had a great experience here recently. I needed to build an entry level PC from scratch with parts, but didn’t really know much about the whole process. After walking in store I was greeted by a guy named Sid, who couldn’t have been more helpful. He guided me through the process of building the whole thing, chose me parts based on the price range I was after, and explained to me why each part was needed. Even helped me carried the parts to my car! Throughly recommend asking for Sid, and the store in general.

I have purchased an item for the first time from JW. This was the only place I can find Leviton Enclosure Flush Mount Covers. I used this to hide a Samsung connect box behind a Samsung frame TV. The item came to ACT within 2 business days. Faultless service. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! We had an issue with a laptop we purchased from JW Castle Hill - we brought it back to the store and they were quick in handling the issue, considering it's the Christmas break week when it happened. Ethan and team at JW Castle Hill were incredible to work with for my latest PC build. They provided sound advice and were extremely patient with me as I went through troubleshooting a CPU overheating issue with them. The fault turned out to be a dud Corsair 150i AIO and we went through the quickest RMA support in my experience with any customer service team! Shoutout to the Corsair customer service team too.

Bought from them in 2017, now again in 2022, will do so again if opportunity presents itself when the next upgrade is due. Thanks!

Purchased a Cooler Master NR200P Max which unfortunately had a DOA (Dead on Arrival) AIO CPU Cooler. At the time I had picked this up from their Castle Hill store during a visit to Sydney but had since travelled back to Brisbane. I reached out to their support team and they were more than happy to send me a brand new replacement AIO CPU Cooler via AusPost Express the next day! Couldn't be happier with the responsiveness and turnaround for the warranty claim.

They accurately diagnosed and fixed an issue with my gaming laptop. They replaced the graphics card for a reasonable price and went over and above in their troubleshooting including getting back to me the very next day and hunting down a cable they needed. Great work and so glad to have my machine back!

I just called here and spoke to one of the service technicians for an issue which I had ‘resolved’ with another repairer elsewhere. The gentleman I spoke to was immensely helpful, troubleshooting my problem and giving me solutions in an understandable and pragmatic way without trying to sell a service. I feel very confident with JW computers and needless to say will be bringing my laptop here with any further issues.

Normally these guys are great, but I can't even get a response to an email. I placed an order and payed for a hard drive12 days ago and have only received a confirmation email. There is no record of my order in my online account and they are not answering the phones and only giving an automated email responses. This is a click and collect order and not relying on Australia Post. Stop passing the buck and answer your phones. Not good enough.

Was pretty good. Not overly impressed with the sales assistant's change in attitude when I asked for a $30 discount on a $650 sale. It was like I was stealing from his own pocket. Crazy way to view the world. No simple thank you was given at the end of the transaction.
