These people are amazing! From the lady on the forecourt to the technician. I called in unannounced with a switch that needed replacing and they did it on the spot. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a rough week for us and you just helped so much. Thank you so much for your great service. Highly recommended of course

I had the chance to use it their services to repair a speaker which was really hard to find parts for and whilst it took a long while to locate the part they kept me in the loop and it was repaired properly and works like a charm. Thank you and I appreciate you searching around to find the part and repairing this speaker I love) Good option for Dynaudio repair.

Best audio repair place I've ever come across. Marina offered me troubleshooting over the phone - that's not the type of service you get from other places. John is very helpful to talk to as well, and the repairs come out great (they've previously set up some turntables for me and repaired an amp)

John brought my plasma back from the dead! It would have been so easy to take a look and move on but through his skill, he was able to find the parts to get the tv back up and running. Highly recommend!

Had my sony led lcd tv repaired from them very happy with service and the cost of the repair, Will be going back to them in the future.

I turned in my broken Sony LED TV and after examination by the owner, was deemed not fit for repair. Disappointed, I drove back down to pick it up - but in conversation the owner opted to A) - keep my TV and recycle it himself and B) sell me a refurbished LED TV!

I'm very happy with the TV he suggested! Though refurbished (and a little older than the TV that broke) it's light years better and cost a little less than half the amount of money I was going to spend on a new TV.

I'm very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended!

Great to find a technician who I can trust to repair my hi fi stereo equipment which I have had for many years now. At the moment I have a Sony belt drive turntable waiting on notification as to if parts are available, hopefully repair will be possible and I will continue to have the listening pleasure of the many record albums I have collected over the years

Good repair shop. They have repaired my JVC a number of times, cheaply and to a high quality.

They advertise jbl and all other brands.but they won't put a jbl battery in a jbl boombox speaker. I find that very odd

Lovely lady on the phone, but the guy (I assume the owner) is one of the most arrogant people I’ve met who has limited customer service experience. Makes you feel very uncomfortable and stupid and takes no accountability for poor workmanship. If you have standard run-of-the-mill electronics, maybe this is somewhere to go if you are desperate. But if you value your equipment, I would look elsewhere. Truly one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met and I guess is still in business because of the limited selection of repair places in the area. Based on the owners non-constructive response to other low-rated reviews, I’m expecting some form of arrogant justification response to this.

Not at all happy with this company. They accepted my device for repair and I was told it would be fixed with priority. 1 week later no call backs. After chasing them for an update I got a call back advising they had opened up my AMP but the issue was outside of their skill to fix. In the end all they did was take off the AMP cover, then ring someone to find out if it could be fixed.in the end it took them a week to get back to me and then charged me $120 for telling me they could not fix it. Pretty expensive for doing nothing.

Fantastic service! They are clearly extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They were able to retrieve a tape that an old VCR swallowed, and were able to splice the damaged parts of the tape back together. Great tip too, was told to always fast forward and tape all the way and then rewind it back again if it is old before playing it.

Exceptional customer service, very friendly and did the most wonderful restoration of my turntable (Luxman, PD210, mid-1980’s), which I have now set up at home, it hasn’t sounded this amazing in years. Very grateful for the time and expertise demonstrated by JVP.

So I took it to a local repair shop on the Northern beaches and they fixed it in 20minutes
